The room was clean. But toilet when you flushed it the stopper never went down so I had push it down every time to fill the tank and stop the water from flowing.

Rough, but only option
2" gap under door to ajoining room - no light or sound blocking 1 hinge on toilet seet was broken Everything is old. Beds worn out. Tv barely hanging on wall. Visible damage on all furniture

Clean, quiet, & restful.
The physical structure was older, but there were obvious efforts at updating. For the price paid, I would not hesitate to stay again. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I was unable to lock the door on my side of two adjoining rooms on the second floor. That room was quickly exchanged for a much larger room on the first floor. The bath area was very clean, and the shower provided plenty of pressure and warm water. The sleeping area was huge with a comfortable king bed, desk, TV, refrigerator, sofa, lounge chair, and a bar with sink. The continental breakfast was very basic with only two small tables provided. (The yogurt was outdated.) For a no-frills, quiet, and restful overnight stay, this was far more than adequate.

Water coming up through the floor. Mold on shower head. Stool didn’t not work right. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. No chairs for sitting. Missing outlet cover. Were given towels to clean up the water on the floor ourselves. When asked if we could have a different room we were told no because we had booked our room online. We had reservations to stay two nights and because of conditions of the room we checked out after the first night.

Everything is a little bit sticky. Thin covers on the bed. The building feels dated and the decor is tacky. It feels like a roadside motel in a small town -- which it is, but it's not quaint or quirky. It's drab and sticky. :/

The room was big and the price was cheap but the plaster was peeling on the ceiling, the walls were paper thin, I think the couch was salvaged from a dump and the sheets felt damp. The hotel felt old and outdated. I won’t s to at there again.

The room was huge. Sofa and chair and dest w/ chair. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. It's an older motel so expect the usual cosmetic issues.Staff was super friendly and accommodating to my disability issue by moving us to a lower level room. I would definitely stay again.

Never again!
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Other then that, Super 8 should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel! There was a large hole in the wall from the door handle, the “dresser/entertainment center was broken and missing a drawer, the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom door made a terrible screeching sound when you pulled it to get it to the almost closed position. That’s as far as it would go! The next time we head there for a family reunion, I’ll be sure to reserve a room anywhere else! Shame on you for changing us so mush to stay in a place like that!

Room was OK but bathroom had mold on ceiling and walls. No coffee maker. Noisy from outside. No wear to sit to eat a very limited breakfast. Staff were very kind. Pull out couch was broken and almost dangerous.

Needs a good thorough cleaning and paint. Could not turn the shower head from jet to spray. Chain in toilet broke, maintenance fixed it promptly. Tub had several chips and stains. Girl at checkin barely spoke. Check out was a bit better. Did not have the breakfast.towels were pretty thin. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.

The bed was extremely excellent!! The room was small, but very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The shower needs a little demineralizing, but otherwise it was fine. Even though it’s sat right along the highway, we did not hear any highway noise at all! An excellent place to stay in concordia.

We booked 3 nights here. When we arrived it was 38 degrees outside, everything inside smelled of mildew and was very damp, bedding included. We made due, changed heating setting to atleast dry the bedding out. The second morning the building had an issue with hot water tank and/or breaker, so we woke up to no hot water. Was advised that because it was Sunday nothing could be done. This meant we'd be going two days with no hot water in 35 degree humid weather. When I asked to be compensated for this, I was offered $20, to which I replied "oh thats not good"..... the response I recieved from that was, " forget it, you get nothing" I found this to be pretty extreme. We packed up our things and booked a room at the other local hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When you turn on the shower, the whole wall moved. The shower head so corroded water went in every direction. The door and toilet are so close together it was hard even getting in the bathroom. Definitely NOT FOR HANDICAP. The door to hallway was so hard to open. It took ALL my strength to open. The nightstand wobbled real bad. Not enough outlets to plug in a phone.
