“Not Impressed”

The room was extremely dirty. Electrical outlets didn't work. Refigerator didn't work. Sheets were not changed all week.

“AWFUL PLACE TO STAY!!!!!”

WOW!!!!! Where do i start!!! First thing when i get here you notice how ran down the property is, then i go check in. The girl at the desk directed me to my room so off i go, only to find my room door wide open and the A/C unit pulled out of the wall with maintance trying to fix it.... I am then told that they will have it ready in 30 mins to please be patient. SO I drive around town for a few minutes noticing all of the other and clearly superior hotels around this area then back to the room i go..... I unloaded my things and go to turn the lights on so that i can read materials for tomorrows presentation and I realize that 2 of the 4 lamps in my room are broken along with beat up microwave. At this point I am laughing at how horrible this place is so i decided to go next door to the store to grab a 6 pack of beer to help digest all of this. I go to put it in the refrigerator and low and behold there is no shelf!!!! OVERALL THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!!! OH and the advertised breakfast is JOKE as well, it consists of a few bananas and a box of stale cereal. I would never stay here again nor will i ever reccommend it to anyone.

“Nice stay”

It was a nice overall stay. The only complaint I have is that lobby was locked at 6:45 AM when checking out and returning room key.

“Needs a makeover”

This hotel has obviously been in place for some time now but needs a makeover because of an overall shabby appearance of the outside and the rooms. It was clean as far as I could tell but the need for a newer facility made you think it might not be at first glance. The bathroom door had a hole in it and the baseboards were missing in some places like they had been removed possibly pending renovation but do look unsightly. The desk clerk had to fix our room key that did not ititially work but all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Not easily accessible to get to rooms on the 2nd floor. Because it is so close by MSU we will consider using them again but would not feel like recommending it to anyone.

“You get what you pay for”

Internet didn't work entire time I was there. I tried in my room multiple times, and even in the lobby. Staff seem to care-I told them and they just said oh we know we told them it wasn't working.

“It was a nice hotel.”

It was nice place. Could tell that they had recently updated. Only thing not enough towels for a double room and needed another roll of tissue. But other than that, great location. The staff was nice and helpful.
