Great, friendly staff! Excellent location for access to the Christmas market and shops of downtown. Parking is nearby at a public lot, but not onsite. Breakfast was really not great. Also, the property is okay, but not great.

Great hotel in the heart of Colmar
Great hotel in the heart of Colmar. It was a short two minute walk to the major spots in Colmar (shopping, Christmas markets, restaurants). Check-in was superb and the staff put our luggage into the room while we were out for lunch. The room was very comfortable, with a king size bed, and comfortable sitting area. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They have an amazing breakfast and their bar serves drinks until 1am. Overall, a very good hotel in a great location.

Very good location with excellent staff. I appreciated that everyone was willing to speak English. The hotel is beautiful and the room was updated. The food was amazing both at the restaurant and the breakfast. Loved the pool, just needed more towels there.

Happily stay again
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were fantastic, only thing I would suggest is a small fridge in the rooms. The pool area was fab and a great place to unwind after a day sight seeing. Location is perfect, everything was walking distance.

Reasonable hotel, great staff
Quaint hotel with good service. Staff are excellent. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are older style. Parking is a short walk away. There are probably nicer hotels in the area, but this was not bad for the price.

Value hotel be a Rapp hotel Colmar
Second time we have stayed here, convenient to train and sights/activities. We were upgraded to a larger room since it was a slow time of year (mid-March). The staff was friendly and helpful , able to speak English, and eager to ask if we need anything 24 hours a day. Our room was the superior category, room 114, had 2 large windows with a full length mirror between, 2 lounging chairs, small table, sofa, and more. Bigger shower than any we had in Paris, and toilet area separate from sink/ shower area. Internet worked well. We would not look anywhere else for a hotel.

The location is perfect. The staff at the reception was very friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very nice! Not only foods but also the staffs at the restaurant.

We checked into the family room in April of 2015. The room allowed for my husband I to have privacy in one room, while our daughter and Nanny stayed in the other. The bathroom was excellent and looked to be recently remodeled. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was WONDERFUL!!! They were helpful in everyway possible. We actually only planned to stay one night, but after our experience with both the hotel and Colmar, we booked another night. Colmar, wow!! It is as if you walk into Belle's hometown from Beauty in the Beast. It is perfect. We ate at Schwendi's (not sure of spelling) recommended by the hotel. Their specialty, a potato dish, delicious. So good we went back the next day. We took a boat ride....cute, not too exciting, but our daughter loved it. This town has replaced my favorite small town in Europe. We will definitely return and will stay at Rapp' Hotel!

Great hotel and well located in Colmar.
We arrived late but were greeted by very comfortable and accommodating staff. Some reconstruction in the hotel but stay was overall perfect. Our kids loved the pool.

Close to Everything
My wife and I decided to make this hotel part of our itinerary while backpacking through Europe. The location of this hotel is amazing, a comfortable walk from the train station, near a lovely park, close to the ATM, and of course right in the middle of old town Colmar! The staff were excellent and the breakfast amazing, just be sure to watch the locals first to see how the manage the breakfast bar. The bar and a carafe of white whine was a nice way to relax after a day of exploring. I will always pick this hotel as our accommodation while staying in Colmar.

Lovely hotel in a quiet pocket close to everything
Wonderful quiet hotel. It's in a perfect location, a 3 block walk either way brings you to bustling parts of town. The people in this hotel made our trip ten times better. They helped us find good restaurants, told us which wine tour was the best, where to walk to discover the best parts of town etc. There is also a great restaurant, amazing buffet breakfast and a pool.

Great little hotel down a quiet alley close to Champ de Mars. We had a recently renovated room, with quite a lot of space for our 2-year-old to run around. Staff were super friendly, would definitely stay here again. There's a lovely carousel in the park as well as fountains and a playground, close to lots of restaurants.

The Hotel was not how I had seen it on the pictures.It was not updated at all, the rooms, though clean, were small and old, the furnishings raggedy and the bathrooms, though functioning, not even 3 star at all.I was disappointed.

Staff very helpful. I asked for a quiet room & was placed on 2nd floor, in end room adjacent to old derilict building next door facing the lane at back of hotel. Noise from residents in building next to my room, scraping chairs on wooden floor, & using bathroom at 4am kept me awake. It would be best not to have this end room if you need a good nights sleep.

We had a very large, even for our American standards, on the top(3rd) floor. Very clean, friendly staff, English spoken. Hotel has one of the best retaurants in the city. Once we found our way around Colmar we found the the location was very convenient. We would definitely return.

A decent hotel in a very good location. Only thing that troubled us was that, upon our arrival on a Saturday night, we had to park car on street or in the nearby public parking garage. We should have been told that the parking garage was closed on Sundays and that we would not have access to our car.

Wonderful Hotel!
Hotel Rapp was just perfect. Great location and we got a parking spot in the garage for our car. The room was amazingly cute (if a little small which we don't mind at all) and it seemed the bathroom had been recent upgraded. We had a great view over the main street. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and we had a great time here! We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Podría haber sido mejor. El personal de recepción excelente, el servicio de habitaciones deficiente: faltaban toallas el primer día, a las 16h. del segundo dia habitación sin hacer... Albornoces y toallas en un estado deficiente, viejas y gastadas. Temperatura de la habitación muy justa. La relación calidad precio muy baja. Hemos pagado la ubicación céntrica, nada más.
