Me and my partner stayed 4 nights in this particular hotel and enjoyed area so much we decided to extend our stay for a further 2 nights! But due to staff was some sort of mix up and couldn’t stay but already had payed for extra nights and accepted booking! Due to this unfortunate circumstance we lost out on refund which is daylight robbery, no attempt to amend this in anyway at all no compromise just left to sort accommodation ourselves which caused us so much grief as we had important hospital appointments and couldn’t in anyway not go as was main purpose of staying in first place! Absolutely appalling at the behaviour and staff professionalism with handling this matter especially with the amount of money no less that we spent at establishment! No customer care or safeguard at all ! Terrible experience in end up which is such a shame! We both feel saddened to say the least considering it is in the middle of a complete takeover can only hope for better customer service and courtesy! Good Luck!

Unfortunately during your stay we found evidence of guest misconduct which is why you received no refund. I understand this may be frustrating for you however by law we cannot tolerate this. Couldn’t fault a thing, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious. Staff went above and beyond. Even had an issue where I’d left the car lights on and drained the battery, but without any delay they had a guy out there with jump cables and it was working again in no time. Massive thank you to everyone at The Riverside Hotel.

A really lovely place to stay. Our room was spotless and cosy. The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were all very friendly and the food was first class! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel
We spent 3 nights at Riverside Hotel and it was excellent. No complaints at all. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Large comfy bed and spacious room. Everything very clean. Delicious breakfast which was lovely and hot! Location was great too. Right beside plenty of shops, restaurants and a lovely path to walk along the River Bann. Would definitely stay again!

Very happy with my experience at hotel, food very good and great breakfast. There was some alterations going on but this did not affect my stay, the hotel did phone day before to inform us. Overall very happy with hotel, food and staff were very friendly and accommodating

Well equipped hotel, good location
Good quality hotel on a large trading estate, with shops & restaurants. Hotel was big, clean & well equipped. Hotel ajoins a bar where foid is served and there was live music. It's probably best to have a hire car, as we did, if staying here as it's not in town centre.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful which made the stay good! The room itself was a bit depressing - a bit like a hospital room. But it was situated well to access spots to visit in the north and there is a nice little walk along the river you can stretch your legs. The hotel is basically adjacent to a mall where theres stores to access, including a grocery store, and theres a restaurant in the hotel thats ok with a breakfast continental as well as the ability to order hot stuff.

Poor media policy
Decent hotel if a little pricey. Good location but you will need a car. You can’t connect a streaming device or cast a phone to TVs, really bad policy to disable access. You can’t even access menu on tv. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.
