Premises very old and in need of renovation. Toilet and bathroom amenities were tiny. No safe in room. Accommodation was way overpriced for what it offered.

Nice family retreat
Beautiful resort with all kind of facilities for the kids’ enjoyment. The apartment was dark and the first impression wasn’t great because of that. BUT it’s SO impeccably clean that I was amazed. Not a single fault! My 3yo loved their kids pool and my 6yo the heated pool, the green area right in front of our room and the games room. Vivianne (I hope I spell her name right) at reception went above and beyond to give us information for us to enjoy after our stay. Thank you so much!!

Kids enjoy the pool & games room. The area is large to walk around. Just wish there is a bathtub in the room, more kids channels on tv like nickelodeon. Great bedroom but small bathroom.

One of the best resorts I have visited. Cleanliness of the unit was immaculate and amenities included were just perfect. Honestly felt like home, I would recommend this resort to anyone and I’ll be sure to visit again.

The service was excellent - we got there late. Easy late check in process and reception asked if I needed any groceries to help me - this was so appreciated. Whilst it is not a brand new facility - it is well maintained and v clean - a free games room is not the norm anymore and was excellent V happy

I liked the family environment. We travelled with other family members & had 4 rooms in total. It was easy to be together & then go back to your own space

Very nice resort
The hotel is very well maintained, the room we booked is very spacious. Although the receptionist is not 24 hours but still had no issue when arriving late. Pool and spa were very nice and clean. Very happy with my stay.

the place was looking amazing but when we get there our booking was not confirmed. My email says that booking confirmed but somehow staff or aomeone at resort disnt upload my booking. owner at resort arranged our accommodation at a motel but disnt like their unprofessional attitude.

Apartment was very light and roomy. All equipment required for a few days stay was there. Plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. Good entertainment area for both adults and kids. Table Tennis, Snooker, Fusball, DVD lounge,BBQ facilities etc. Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts. Very impressed with overall facilities and apartments.

This property is a 5 minute car ride from the main centre of town. The property is very well maintained however there was sewer odour near our room ( rear of property in upstairs flat) which you could randomly smell but it didn't take away from the apartment. Great for families

Thanks for your feedback. Not certain what was causing an unpleasant odour during your stay but we certainly take this feedback seriously and have investigated without finding any issues. Sometimes air can get trapped in floor and sink waste and let off an odour particularly after a long dry spell.

Nice hotel with amenities
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room was spacious, well laid out and comfortable. The only challenge we faced was the lack of locks on the bathroom doors. The hotel itself had lots of amenities and activities for all age groups; from swimming to tennis and indoor games. The hotel is close to Big Banana, Dolphin Marina, the beaches and Coffs Harbour city centre. The staff was polite and the check in and check out were quick and easy.

Recommended accommodation
This was a last minute booking. Staff were so helpful and understanding with our late check in. The next morning, I went to see the staff and they were lovely! Really made sure we were well looked after. The room was fantastic! everything you needed and so much tourist and guest information. As it was a last minute booking, we paid a great price so I didn't expect too much walking in. This place was the best place we have been to on the Coffs coast! Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful couple of nights.

Good value for money, quiet and well maintained, unpretentious but meets family holiday accomodation expectations. Tropical island atmosphere along a quiet road adds to understated charm - what more can one say without padding and dreaming up guff just to fill fifty words. Suppose the pool, games rooms and outdoor chess set should get a mention ................................................................ .................................

We do feel like we are a little slice of paradise being nestled in gardens with high gum trees close to us yet the beach nearby. Many of the onsite facilities were well used over the school hoildays. Thank you for your feedback.

Friendly small resort with everything you need
This is a small resort that can be used as a base to explore the Coffs Region. Our kids loved the pool and the Games Room which provides many free activities. It's nice that many extras are free (beach towels, coffee plunger, tennis rackets etc) and that wifi is also included. It has a friendly atmosphere and the apartments are spacious and clean.

Thank you for your favourable feedback. We do our very best to provide all the comforts of home and to offer as many free facilities and options as possible. It is always a nice feeling to jump in the car and know that your needs are looked after at your accommodation. Other extras we offer are beach chairs, camp chairs, fishing rods, gold clubs, prams, esky.... All those big things which fill a car quickly. With the high number of wifi users on the resort during the holidays the wifi did get a big workout.

We continue to come back to this property as it is well managed and looked after. The location is convenient and the owners take pride of the grounds and the rooms - they are clean and spotless. The property is well catered for family and couples.
