Featuring 4 bedrooms & 1.5 baths, this house sleeps 10 comfortably with four queen beds and two twin beds all with 100% cotton linens. Large eat-in kitchen and fully stocked for the chef in the family. There is a front deck for relaxing, a BBQ, and a picnic table in the large (fully-fenced) back yard.

Nice for a first visit to CDA!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and was convenient to the activities we had planned. Pros: Spacious house and fenced yard, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly, walkable to downtown (10 mins), clean beds, easy check-in/check-out, well stocked kitchen. Cons: Back yard needed mowing, trash left in kitchen, BBQ grill did not work and was very dirty (disappointing as we had planned to use it), and house in general needs some TLC and a good scrubbing on the walls, baseboards, moulding, kitchen floor (especially around appliances), and while lots of closet space there were no hangers.
