"Very clean. Super comfortable bed and the room was huge. There was no coffee pot in room but coffee was available in the lobby, Easy check in. We were here on May 6, I guess it is still off-season but the price for us was great. We spent two nights in a cabin on the Main Street but moved the Big Bear for our third night. For the same price we got a room twice as large, a microwave, and a refrigerator for the same price. I would certainly stay here again. "

"We rented a Studio room and they put us upstairs. No elevator so that wasn’t going to work. They were able to accommodate us and put us on a first floor. But they don’t have carts so that was a little difficult because we bring in the room a lot of things. We were offered help bringing things into our room. We didn’t take her up on the offer. The room didn’t have the regular kitchenette that we are used to. We had to use the bathroom sink to wash things and the tub with towels to dry things. Not optimal but doable. "
