"Lovely staff, great breakfast though they cooked wrong order they were so apologetic we almost felt bad. Checkin staff were great. The hotel is in ancient buildings so don't expect noise insulation, double glazing etc. The room was clean, large and comfortable. Bathroom was bit cramped but clean and good water pressure. Our room was one first floor over hotel entrance. Might have been noisy earlier but we were out till midnight and had no issues. Lovely location in olde worlde town centre....

"The staff at the Bell Hotel and Inn were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the Inn was lovely with lots of fresh continental and cooked choices. Very nice breakfast. The room were very clean but could do with a bit of TLC and upgrading as they looked old and tired. For this I reason I only give 4 stars (also the tv in both mine and my parents rooms weren’t working). The staff get a full 5 stars as they are so pleasant. Would stay here again as Woburn is a beautiful market...

"Rooms were pleasant enough and staff that checked us in were really friendly. No food options but in walking distance to plenty of places and town centre. Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)"

"staff are very helpful. The food was amazing, but there is a little room for improvement on the accommodation marks on the walls. TV aerial cable draped over light fittings, and personally I would’ve liked blackout curtains as the room was very illuminated from outside lighting. but that said I would definitely stay there again. "Very old building, uneven floors gave it character. Very steep steps up to the accommodation level though. No parking, though I thought there was (I guess I misread the information about this place), nearest parking was just round the corner and cost £8 overnight, i.e. 24 hours. This was recommended by the staff when we arrived, not knowing where to park. Next day I asked at nearby Waitrose about free parking and they helpfully pointed out several on-street free parking marked bays which were...

"Nice amenities and comfy bed with nice linens. Pub and dining room are downstairs so noise does travel as rooms are over the pub. Staff very friendly. Good food in the downstairs restaurant. Right in town and sidewalks for getting out and about in the small village. "

"Why do hotel designers think it is OK to have an ensuite bathroom with no door? A curtain is not an adequate replacement for a door. This was a big issue for us. Also the only seating in our room was 1 dining chair and 1 stool when there was room for something more comfortable. I don't want to have to sit on the bed, particularly at the price this hotel came in at. Everything else was very good."
