“Good basic hotel”

This hotel is good, clean, basic, upgraded somewhat over the years. Good value for the price.

I always drive 100 miles all together when I visit Clovis.

“Can't wait to go back”

I thought the hotel was very clean. I liked the fact that there was a pool games for the kids and a bar lounge area. The breakfast bar was good. The only thing that could change in the hotel would be in the bedrooms there were some holes in the walls. So, maybe fix up the rooms better, but overall I would stay there again.

“Save your money !!!”

Room was beat up and shabby, very run down. Hotel was previously a Holidome from the 70's and it looks the part. Lobby was nice,pool area was dirty as was pool water. Hotel area had lots of open space inside as it looks like much was removed from it at one time. Very run down.

“Ok for one night”

Checked in for 3 nights to attend Grandsons High School graduation. The Room was clean, which I'm thankful for. But the bathroom shower had a dim light and no ventalator working. The sink area had paint splatted neon lamps without a covering on them.. One of the surveys I read about this place a year ago was that it was going thru a remodel. Well that was a long time ago and it was still in poor condition. The Glass doors and windows are dirty. This place is the type that saw its hey-day about 20 years ago and is sadly in need of a lot of capital to infuse new life into it. On the plus side, I was not bothered by the Santa Fe train main line across the street. and the room was at least clean..

My son, who live's in Clovis. Recomends the northern side of town.

“Very clean, very comfy, I am coming back.”

“Eventually will be a good motel again.”

The room was clean and comfortable, the only downside to our stay was the breakfast and breakfast area. It didn't seem like there were enough choices for breakfast and I know they are remodeling the motel, but you can keep what you have clean; like light fixtures and window sills and window glass.

Bring a fly swatter during summer season, they are out in force due to all the daries around Clovis.

“Expedia should update because it is no longer the Mabry Inn”

Because several months ago this hotel changed from Mabry Inn to the Days Inn, we had a hard time finding it. We were tired, had gone through MAJOR storm to get there, then had gone up and down the street numerous times looking for this place. Had to stop at a gas station and ask, and turns out we were right next door. They are renovating, so it looks like a horrible mess BUT the rooom we had was clean, and big and comfortable. The lobby area was nice, with a water fall and marble. The pool was ok, but the outdoor one was being renovated. We could tell that back in the Day this use to be a high class hotel and will be again. We actually cant wait to go back and see the improvements. We loved it there and would definetly stay again.
