We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our homes, and although some intruders can show up between cleaning and arrival, it sounds like the cleaning was not up to our usual standards.Please also know that our staff live on site and are available to quickly address any issues during your stay. We encourage guests to call the phone number in the first page of the Guest Manual so that we can address any issues and make sure you're as comfortable as possible.
