The girl that worked the evening that we checked in was amazing. I had a couple questions in regards to my room and she was on top of it and she was very very kind. My questions were answered, and once again, the atmosphere, and the staff were amazing and the rooms were clean And the breakfast was hot and the food area was exceptionally clean. No complaints here wouldn’t come back again.

Friendly service, great pricing on snacks for kids after a long day out. Room was clean, comfy comforters and overall a great place! Would've loved a hot tub and a warmer pool for kids Bit i understand it was a busy weekend with lors of pool refills.

During my stay, with my disabled daughter who lives in a REM home in Clinton, I dislocated my hip. I can't find enough words to praise the staff for the way they handled the emergency and how comfortable they made me after I returned to the motel from the hospital.

The stay and service was amazing! I had 5 young girls and they were so nice despite the craziness. I have reccomended this hotel to everyone. I really appreciated the nice products offered when it came to the soap/shampoo/conditioner and all the channels available on the tv.

No hot tub although hotels.com says there is
Overall good stay- except the false advertising of a hot tub. They advertise a hot tub, but not only was it not available- it didn’t even exist. Typically not a big deal but when it’s -10 outside and you’ve been driving all day, it’s nice to have. Saying your hotel has one but you does not is simply false advertising to lure in more customers. There were a few other minor issues but at the very least I’m thankful for the staff for working and driving to work to serve us during this really cold winter storm.

Sorry for the mix up with the hot tub. We have never had a hot tub at the property. We used to have some in the rooms, but not in the pool area.

This hotel is just okay. Rude front staff. Manager apologetic after sending note to corporate. Cleaning staff never cleaned my sheets, the shampoo and conditioner was out and never replaced.

Nice place
Our room appears to have been recently remodeled. Very well done. The king bed was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this hotel in mind next time we are in Clinton, IA.
