The staff was wonderful to work with. We had a problem with our power window shade and maintenance was there immediately to repair it. The receptionist was very helpful and stressed that they wanted our stay to be excellent and wanted to do anything to make that happen. We were here on business twice and the staff could be better. We didn't stay for breakfast, but I scouted it out. Excellent! Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, a variety of baked good, etc. You won't go away hungry.

The property was in close proximity to the facility I needed to have access to for a meeting. The bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent.

I felt as if the bed sheets were not changed in between stays. So I called down to ask for a change of sheets and putt these on my self. I will forever do that from here on out. There bathrooms were kind of dirty and mad me nervous.

The property was recently renovated so there was a strong chemical smell or glue smell from the carpets. It looked great. I did not know that you had to ask for housekeeping to empty garbage or bring fresh towels. We stayed a week and they only emptied garbages once when we asked. The air conditioner had gaps on either side of it that were loaded with spider webs and debris, most likely due to the renovations. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We could not locate a TV guide to the local channels, but the TV itself was nice and big

Bathroom floor and toilet bowl were not clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the receptionist in check on 10/27/23 at around 3:30 pm. I asked for extra pillows and blanket because I have to sleep sitting up. She did get a blanket but never did bring the pillows. When we returned in the evening, she quickly shut the door to the office, so we didn't ask her again. The next morning we asked a different receptionist who cheerfully gave us two pillows and asked if there was anything else she could do to make us more comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I loved all the fall decorations. The woman working at the desk when we arrived was very cheerful and welcoming! We had everything we needed for our stay and more. I would highly recommend this hotel! Great location as well!

No coins for laundry. Even front desk didn’t have quarters. Furniture and fixtures in hallways . And We were to have a handicap room. Instead we had a shower with a step in tub.

Mold - Mildew smell fills entire hotel. A NO GO.
The entire hotel, the most expensive one in this town, has a mold/ mildew problems. As you walk into hotel, it hits you hard, I am allergic to mold and was unable to complete my stay. I had to leave after an hour. I tried to go to the front desk twice to talk with someone, both times no one was at front desk. This is dated and not worth $150 total. This was a basic but large hotel, that does not command the highest price in this market.

The confirmation number on my email from hotels.com did not match the confirmation number that they had everything was a big mess. I was not the only one on this trip that had this issue. I was placed in a handicap room and we requested when we all did this that we were on the same floor I was placed on a different floor.
