The beds were comfortable. This is my giving ORBITZ a second chance. This hotel/Orbitz failed miserably. To begin with it was supposed to be a NON-smoking room. Immediately the stench of smoke struck us. Maybe it was from people smoking in the somewhere nearby but it got into the room. Though this was a double queen room, the linens were only ONE set. There was no water, so we called down and eventually water came. BUT there was no hot water. Called again and someone came and did some stuff but no hot water still. He told us we could go to the hotel next door to bathe!!! UNACCEPTABLE! I am truly DONE with Orbitz this time. First MAJOR disappointment was with a hotel in Waco, TX... now this!

UNHAPPY CAMPER.!!!
The room was fair.The phone did not work. The bathroom commode was not attached to the floor and rocked when u sat on it.The pool was open but not clean. THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR THE ROOM.THE CLERK WAS DISHONEST,I PAID HALF BY CREDIT CARD AND MY QUEST PAID HALF WITH CASH. SHE STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THE FULL AMOUNT, THE MANAGER GAVE ME THE RUN-AROUND FOR 3 DAYS AND NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM,SAID SHE WOULD WATCH THE TAPE BUT NEVER GOT BACK TO ME.WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE CLERK WHO CHECKED US OUT,I WAS TOLD SHE DIDN'T WORK THERE ANYMORE.I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY CC COMPANY. I WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN.

It was fine but pillows are so flat, it was like sleeping without pillow. You might have to take your own.

It was close to Walmart and other stores
Check in was horrible staff had a pleasant attitude but the wait for my room was awful the bed spreads had stains the bathroom didn't look to clean they had no soap no tooth paste I brought my own but the room should of had that in the room

needs new beds, at least in the room we stayed in.
Overall, we were pleased with the hotel, cleanliness and staff. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable except for the bed. it obviously was old. when I laid down I rolled toward the center of the bed and when my husband laid down we both met in the middle. It was very soft and 'formed' to the middle of the bed. Update the mattress and it would have been a stay we could brag about. Also, at 8 am when breakfast opened at 6:30, the breakfast was cold. They did have microwaves for heating but should not have had to since the cooked food was in warming trays.

TERRIBLE STAY AT THIS HOTEL
This was the worst experience I have ever received at this hotel. Most hotels you can count on cleaning if nothing else no matter how shabby the interior or exterior is. I requested a none smoking room but I was put into a smoking room and the nicotine was on the wall and the carpet. Needed major shampooing and cleaning. A person with allergies it was terrible. The staff was nice and moved me to a non smoking room but no remote and it was semi clean, the carpet had not been touched. We left our room and came back the beds were not made, the trash still full and no clean towels, but what is sad we saw house keeping in the hall way but they never touched our room. Upon returning we found garbage bags in the breezeway that needed to be taken to the dumpster and it stayed there the whole time untied nor sealed from the guest as you walk by. the parking lot was cleaner better than the rooms. It needs major overhaul!!

The website for this hotel does not depict the real hotel...there was a crack in our door, boot prints on the roof, we had 2 towels for 4 people. We went to get ice and there was a homeless guy sleeping by the machine. We were not satisfied with this hotel....we will never stay there again. It looked like since we reserved it thru Expedia, they gave us the crappiest room....

Our Stay
We enjoyed our stay concerned it was very last minute plans. I do suggest that they add more to there breakfast,but the staff was nice to us and very hospitable to us made us feel very welcome.

Disappointing stay
We were moved 2 times before we got an adequate room. We reserved a king and sofa bed for 3 of us. Breakfast buffet was cold - very limited with no fruit. Biscuits and gravy were dried out and gravy seemed old. We had to ask for linens for the sofa bed and towels. We were told there were no pillows left. The pool, while clean and comfortable, was in disrepair. We left a day early as we did not come to be so badly neglected.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. They were remodeling lobby and breakfast room, so we had building supplies to work around. But that's a positive for those who book in a couple weeks. We were there overnight. Passing through. Pleased.

IT WAS DISAPPOINTING
THE ROOM HAD A SMELLED, I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME TURNING OFF THE HOT WATER SIDE OF THE FAUCET, FOUND TWO DIRTY TOWELS HANGING ON THE SHOWER CURTAIN WHEN I FIRST TOOK A SHOWER, THE LIGHT OVER THE SINK DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY. THE FREE WIFI NEVER WORKED. THE PHONE JACK WAS HANGING OUT OF THE WALL. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE BREAKFAST WAS FINE WHEN I TRYED IT ALSO. AS GOOD AS THE STAFF WAS I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL BUT IT'S DIFFICULT TO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A FRIEND.

Dreadful Hotel
First we asked for a non smoking room and when we walked in the smell of smoke was dreadful. I went down to reception and was told we had booked a smoking room which was wrong and also told there was no other room available. I had to then ask for a spray for the room and the only thing that was offered was a carpet spray. The bathroom had hair in the bath and there was holes in the walls that were filed but not painted and the tiles were old and dirty. The hairdryer which was on the wall came off the first time we used it and the towels were old and very used. We asked for the room to be sprayed the next morning again as the smell of smoke was bad but this was not done. The breakfast was gone before half eight and was not topped up at all. Overall the hotel is old and not very clean and we will not be back

Horrible. Greeted outside the office to check in by an angry drunk. I have never stayed at a motel this dirty or one with a homless person sleeping in the vending room or with guests fighting loudly outside in the parking lot

I was looking for an Econo Lodge but they had changed the name of the hotel ,the bed covers had burn holes ,i had to ask for towels three nights out of five ,ants were unwanted room mates ,and someone tried to pry the door open at one time , the inside door latch was missing and two nights of my stay coming back to the hotel room late at night my door key would not work so i went to the front desk to have it reactivated each time, all i have to say is next time its the Hampton ,or the the back set of my car.....

will never stay at this hotel again
Location of the hotel was great for our plans....the room had very worn nasty carpet will an awful odor....large pieces of thread was coming up all over the floor....the carpet was wet under the sink...each time we use the sink it would leak.....we had to wear our shoes any where near the vanity area.....the furniture was awful, awful, awful.......HOWEVER THE DESK CLERK WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.....HE ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN EARLY BECAUSE WE HAD A WEDDING AT 1pm.... WE REALLY DID APPRECIATE THAT

DO NOT STAY HERE....
I stayed one night in this hotel. The room was FILTHY. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. There were hairs on the shower wall, the faucet & mirror had soap and/or toothpaste splatter, the sink was dirty, the shower head was broken and had electrical tape holding it together. The carpet in the room and many of the other things we touched were sticky. Honestly, if we had not been so tired or had we been staying longer, we would have changed hotels. This hotel should be an embarrassment to the chain. The rooms have not been taken care of for a long time. Along with the filth, the walls had holes, the wallpaper was peeling off. This hotel looked like what I would imagine a pay by the hour motel would look like. It was GROSS!
