This is a lovely very clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and check in and check out went very smoothly. We will definitely stay again.

I was disappointed in that this was the most expensive property in the area and did not even have it's hot tub and pool ready. I blew my live out budget on this property to have what I thought was going to be great stay. Instead there were someone's leftovers in the fridge, the heat could not be adjust to make myself more comfortable and the bathroom fan would not shut off. Obvious the owners were trying to keep the rate at the 'pipeliners rate' even after they had mostly left the area. Disappointing.

What I liked about my stay was: the room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, Lighting in bathroom was bright, the water pressure was just right, heater in the room was easily adjustable for comfort. over all room was great. Breakfasts room was clean and organized. Food was hot and there was ample of food available. there was someone in dinning room cleaning and looking after ample supply and keeping room clean.

The location is just by highway 5, very easy to find it, I thought it would be noisy but actually it’s very quiet , the rooms are clean and huge.

New hotel, very spacious room with small pantry. Microwave and fridge with sink are available. Buffet style breakfast. However there is no blackout curtain, and bathroom is quite small. Overall it was enjoyable.

Unfortunately they were short staffed during our stay, we had to lineup to check in and waited for 40 minutes for the room to get cleaned and ready, but, everything else was great though

It was an amazing experience staying at this BW. We had two rooms and they were spacious, clean, fresh, and well-stocked with amenities. Breakfast was included as part of the rent and it was AMAZING!!! This is a must-stay place if you are passing through here. I wonder why more hotels cannot be like this property. Thank you, Expedia for listing such great properties and to BW for maintaining a great place.

Great hotel for half way point
Great hotel! I have stayed here a few times now on my way from Vancouver to Jasper and back. Has a complimentary breakfast in the morning so it works perfect before I head out on the road.

Very good rooms - very spacious and updated. The beds were comfortable and nice bathroom products. My only negative was the noise from the hallway was loud in the morning. I think being on the main floor by the breakfast area was a contributing factor.

A spacious and comfortable room for a family of 5. Sofa bed wasn’t made up, but bedsheets in the wardrobe / closet. Booked as a 5 but only towels for 3. Breakfast included is a bonus.

Don’t book (and pre-pay) here unless you don’t care when you get your room. It’s bad enough that the check-in is 4:00 pm, but when you arrive at 5:20 and are told your room isn’t ready-would you like to go to dinner and come back? As I said, I DON’T THINK SO!! Really bad in this case - lovely room, the receptionist (Kaya) excellent at her job. No Manager, no room on time ( or much later), but no trouble taking our money when booked on line
