All hotels, unfortunately, must combat unwanted hitchhiking guests that travel within or upon traveling guest's luggage and belongings.We at Super 8 strive to ensure the highest quality experience and cleanliness of our rooms, lobby, and public areas.As such, rooms are sprayed frequently ,and in a stringent, timely manner.Our logs only show one complaint, in which guest was offered another room, refused, and opted to remain in originally reserved room (?)We hope this experience will not dissuade you from visting again, and would like to stress, events such as this, are QUITE uncommon to this property ,and can be easily remedied, which is always our goal.Thank you and we hope we can provide a better experience for you on a future trip.

Please be advised.Bookings through a 3rd party often assign King rooms to an accessible room when Kings are sold out, as the bed is still a KING bed in those rooms. The only difference is a larger square footage of floorspace.We are always happy to change rooms, so long as we are not sold out, but we often ARE (sold out).Thank you for your response regarding lobby computer so we can fix it.
