"The nespreesso machine wasn’t working on arrival though the staff were very helpful. The floor in the dining room was sticky, particularly around the orange juice. The service in th dining room was a bit keen - my husband an i went up to get our cooked breakfast and when we got back the table had been completely cleared - of fresh not yet buttered toast, full cup of coffee and full orange juice, plus a full pot of tea.
