Single-family house "Breda". 2 houses in the resort. 2 km from the centre, 10 km from the centre of Montesilvano, in the district Contrada Brecciano, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (7 x 15 m, seasonal availability: 05.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis. Private: arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, sandy beach "Montesilvano" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Pineto 20 km, Silvi Marina 10 km, Pescara 18 km, Francavilla al Mare 25 km. Please note: car recommended. Property ref. it4884.100.1 is situated on the same property. The grounds and the swimming pool (electronic water controls) are for shared use with IT4884.101.1 which is situated 10 m away. Garden has automatic water system. Gazebo, 90 m2, for sole use.
