The only issues i had was, the ac was set to one temperature and ypu cant adjust it to make it colder. On their website it states laundry service, which they do not offer. Other than that, it was great.

Fantastic and friendly stay in a great hotel
This is an amazing hotel to stay in. It is very close to St. James church but not too close to noisy area. Great views of Cross Mountain and Apparition Hill. Staff are super friendly and food excellent. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny and great value.

Unruly Guests
Sadly, we were very disappointed with the noise level and the lack of orderly guests the hotel had. We complained daily about children running, screaming and kicking doors, they did not do anything. The only elevator was used by children to play and often we had to wait long time to use it. Also some guest used the hallways as smoking areas and the hotel staff seemed not able to enforce the no-smoking rules. Although we paid for several nights we ended up leaving a day before because we needed to get some rest before travel. Disappointed to say the least, too bad they can not enforce their own rules. We will not return to this hotel, we travel yearly to this town but we will not book this hotel again. The breakfast was just fine. The front desk manager offered to move us to another floor the night before we left, I believe they knew we were very upset and we were going to give a poor review. Don’t book here if you want peace, a quiet stay and a smoke free environment.

Fantastic modern, clean, excellent breakfast, and great location. When I return to Medjugorje I will again stay at Hotel Leone. We also had a view of Cross Mountain from our room. The illuminated cross was clearly visible at night!!

Little gem in religious tourist town
Our trip to Medjugorje was rather uneventful as there is not much there to do or see unless you are on a pilgrimage with a church group or looking to browse and buy souvenirs from the thousands of shops that line the streets. However, our stay at Hotel Leone was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait staff in the restaurant were very nice and super attentive to our requests and the service. Without our asking one of the waiters gave us complimentary ice cream desserts out of just plain kindness. The free breakfast is satisfying and our room was excellent especially the corner rooms with the balconies.

Good stay with few improvements to be made
It was a good experience over all. Clean. Very close to St. James Church. Transfer punctual. We were happy. A bit disappointed with service in the room as they did not replace the soap that we used and on the second day we had to wait 7pm before they cleaned the room but in general it was all good. I do reccomend it. They also offer lunch and dinner if needed. Breakfast was varied. They had juice, water, hot drinks, bread, croassaints. cakes, fruit, eggs and sausages...It was good. Maybe they should change the quality of the white bread as it was dry. Also, they should make sure that they refill after people as often we found the baskets empty. But in general we were happy. The hotel is modern and comfortable. I would return. Rooms had comfortable beds, tv, hair dryer and air conditioner. No fridge. I did request twin beds but for both rooms we were given double beds which was disappointing as we were not couples...Good wi-fi in the room for most of the time.

Amazing Hotel!!
This is an amazing hotel! The rooms and property are in great condition. Also, the staff are fantastic. My wife twisted her ankle (no fault of the property) and the staff immediately got her ice, a wheelchair and asked if they could do anything to make her feel more comfortable. Also, the staff remembered our names and told us that if we needed anything to not hesitate to ask. I highly recommend this place!
