"Well worth the extra cost to get a Penthouse Terrace room with wide views across La Concha bay. Easy 5-10 minute stroll to the old town for unlimited Pintxos choices. Walkable the other way down the promenade to the funicular station and wind chime sculptures."

Not worth the price in summer
"No info for check in provided before arrival whereas the reception was closed. For check out the reception lady was late. If you are allergic to acariens don't go there , seems the blanket and sofa are never cleaned."

"The apartment was nice and clean and the site was fairly quiet, although there seemed to be a lot of guests, judging from the occupancy of the car park. We had no problems at all while we were there."
