Although had kettle, no tea bags or coffee. Apparently only get in executive room. Breakfast terrible. Very limited in choice and amount.

One of the better hotels in Chumphon town, room was clean, bed was comfortable, (worth bearing in mind Thais like firm beds normally) Bathroom was good as was the shower. There is an cafe/bar on site also a pool but Covid restrictions did not allow its use.

Unfriendly unhappy staffs. Low water pressure for showering. No lighting in the hallway & staircases. Low quality for breakfast ingredients. Very noisy as they organized the wedding all day. Thin walls & too much noises from next door.

The hotel is one of the bigger ones in Chumphon. However, the corridors and room are rather dark. My room was later found to be infested with ants and they were crawling all over my belongings on the table and some clothes. Had a very uneasy rest because of the ants and the occasional bite.

A very modern hotel
This hotel is very modern with very nice rooms and powerful showers. It has a decent size pool but only four sun beds so if it’s busy you won’t get one. It also has a very well equipped gym with almost brand new gym equipments which was also a surprise as most other hotels in Thailand I’ve stayed with that have a gym have a dusty old treadmill tucked away in a cupboard.

Wonderful
A very very pleasant stay. One of the best in a long time. The staff went above and beyond in all regards. Only stayed one night, it was so good I was thinking I should stay longer. Ordered one of the steaks in the restaurant, it was horrible and said I did not want to pay for it. No problem, no issues. The other food was great, and the breakfast is recommended.

So schon die Einrichtung des Hotels sein mag, sie bringt nicht viel, wenn sie nicht funktioniert. Die Dusche war kalt und fiel auseinander. Zudem hatten wir für drei Personen ein Doppeltbett und ein Schlafsofa gebucht und sollten dann dennoch ein Zustellbett sowie das dritte Frühstück vor Ort bezahlen. Nach einigen Diskussionen erhielten wir das dritte Frühstück und eine "Handtuchdecke" für ein nicht ausklappbares Ledersofa.

Modern hotel downtown
We found this hotel in Chumphon and we appreciate it so much.So closed with the night market,this modern hotel is just very pleasant .The swimming pool is great .

แม่บ้าน ไขกุญแจให้แขกคนอื่นเข้าห้องพัก โดยแขกคนอื่นอ้างว่ามีเพื่อนอยู่ในห้อง แล้วเข้าไปในห้อง ขณะที่เราลงไปกินอาหารเช้า (คงไม่มีใครจำห้องตัวเองผิด) กลับมาประตูห้องเปิดอยู่ แม่บ้านบอกว่า มีคนอยู่ในห้องตกใจมาก เลยรีบเข้าไปตรวจทรัพย์สินในห้อง อย่างนี้ถือว่ามีความปลอดภัยหรือไม่

Unpleasant experience
During a two month stay in Thailand this was one of two disappointing hotel experiences. Already at check in I got a feeling they did not like farang. After a long drive I was looking forward to a cold beer but at 19.30 on a Saturday evening the staff told me "they were out of beer" while a big party was going on in the restaurant. I got a room in a wing where repair work was going on so there was dust and debris in the corridors. I was not surprised to see that the other people I saw staying in this part of the hotel were farang. The room looked nice but in the bathroom drainage from the shower did not work so your feet were soon sharing the water of previous guests. Internet was painfully slow.
