Dear Renata Cherniakova, We do not understand how you can give us a negative review if you did not live in our hotel. You did not check into our hotels and you were issued a no-show. Most likely you lived in a completely different hotel. Kindly correct your negative review as it does not apply to your stay in our hotel! Sincerely, Administration

Great staff
Great staff, comfortable and clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. But it's is in a shabby part of the city. Not unsafe, just depressing.

Bizarre decision
All good except staff thought it was OK to wake me at 12:45 am to ask me to switch rooms! Apparently a regular customer likes the room I'd been given. I was very polite and said " no thanks and Goodnight "

Not worth what I paid
It is advertised as having a pool. No pool. Supposedly it has been under construction for over a year. There is NO indication of a pool. For $25 a night I could have had as nice a place with Air BnB. For $50 a night I could have stayed in a boutique hotel with no pool and a long sized bed. I tried to call Rcpefua the night I checked in but after tapping all the info in, Expedia disconnected my call! It is a nice hotel, clean, good location, but nothing special that would indicate resort fees nor $90 + per night.

Wie kann man sowas Villa oder Hotel nennen?
Waren nur 2 Nächte und das war zu viel. In der ersten Nacht gab es kein warmes Wasser. Badezimmer stinkt stark nach Kanalisation. Auf der Liste von der Minibar werden zusätzliche Getränke, die man nicht genommen hat, dazugefügt. Als ich mich beschwert habe, sagte man mir, ich habe eh die Luxus Suite bekommen. Unter Frühstück versteht man dort, nur Kaffee mit etwas zum knabbern. Vor der vorzeitigen Abreise würde ich mit 30€ abgezockt, man hat mich beschuldigt, das ein Handtuch verloren gegangen ist. Das letzte mal dort gewesen!!!

Am zweiten Tag nach der Ankunft verliess ich mein Zimmer um ca.12:00 Uhr. Zur Sicherheit stellte ich das Schild "Zimmer reinigen" vor die Türe. Als ich um 19:00 Uhr zurückkam war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Betten nicht gemacht. Als ich die Rezeption darauf aufmerksam machte, bekam ich die Anwort, dass das Reinigungspersonal von 06:00 - 18:00 Uhr anwesend ist. Ich fragte zweimal nach,ob ich nun mein Bett selber machen muss? Die Antwort war "ja". Nach zweimaliger Aufforderung bekam ich wenigstens neue Badtücher. Dies ist für ein 4 Sternhotel nicht tragbar und beschämend. Ich verlangte ein Gespräch am nächsten Tag mit dem Manager, bekam dies jedoch nicht, sondern man reichte mir als Entschuldigung eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer.

Good day Mr Jens. We want to apologise for the situation that happened to you in our hotel.The administration has held a disciplinary conversation with all the staff and all those responsible for this have been punished. We hope on your next stay at our hotel, we'll can demonstrate you the best hospitality. In that day our housemaid really felt bad and left the hotel earlier than usual.But that doesn't excuse us and does't repair the misunderstanding that happened. We apologise once again and hope to have you as our guest anytime.
