We were not disappointed with the service being very good, all staff attentive and the hotel being to a high standard. The breakfast was again a stand-out part of the stay with a wide selection. Even though we were not travelling with children, the hotel seems very good at looking after people with kids with lots of things to keep the little ones occupied. "

"Had our stay for more than 2 weeks there during my Jakarta trip meeting my family in town. We had great stay in Mercure. The service was excellent, all staffs are friendly. House keeping team did fantastic job helping in cleaning our room. Overall, it is recommended staying in Mercure and you won't regret it. Excellent !!"
