The Perfect Space
The apartment in Chiavenna was perfect. Just about 50 yards from the train station, which was perfect because we arrived by train and we did don’t have a car. However, there is parking available. Close to hiking trails and many restaurants and shops. Paolo was great to deal with. Any questions we had, his response was prompt. We enjoyed our stay in Chiavenna and look forward to a return visit in the future and I would definitely look into staying at Paolo’s apartment again.

Lovely Apartment - well laid out, with plenty of kitchen equipment and some store cupboard basics. Fabulous location with lovely views. Comfortable beds.

Hidden Gem
Chiavenna is a bucket list must. The apartment is conveniently located to absolutely everything. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. We will be back.

Everything is as stated in the listing; good beds, modern well-stocked kitchen, clean comfortable main room and bathroom, ample natural light with views over the station area and distant mountains. The apartment is perfectly positioned for exploring the surrounding villages with trails within a few minutes walk of the unit. I'd suggest guests book this apartment for at least five days (wished I had stayed for the summer) so you'll have time to explore Savogno, Uschione, and Dalo. All can be reached on foot from Chiavenna. Finally, communication and booking with Paolo and Pamela was a delight and if I were to return to beautiful, relaxing Chiavenna, Elevezia La Specola would be on the top of my list. Stay here!

Nettes Appartment in zentraler Lage
Sehr sauberes Appartment, wenige Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Allerdings tagsüber viel Verkehr vor dem Haus aber nachts war es ruhig.

Très agréable appartement à Chiavenna
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Chiavenna. L'appartement est très bien situé et nous avons apprécié d'avoir une place de parking pour notre voiture. L'appartement est très joli et bien agencé. Nous le recommandons!

Bis auf einen Wasserkocher haben wir nichts vermisst: Super Küchenausstattung, zentrale Lage (Bus und Bahn vor der Haustüre, aber auch eigener Parkplatz), Pasta und Wein kann man direkt im EG einkaufen, Stadt mit Läden und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar.

Schöne Tage in Chiavenna
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit grandioser Bergsicht, gut ausgestattet; die Bahnhofsnähe war für uns perfekt, weil wir öffentlich unterwegs waren, und nachts von der Lautstärke her überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Vermieter zwar leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, hatten aber einen netten und informativen WhatsApp-Austausch.

Tiptop - gut gelegen, gleich neben Bahnhof. Der Empfang/Uebergabe war sehr nett. Der Geruch im Treppenhaus war nicht so angenehm, in Wohnung jedoch alles bestens.

Schöne Wohnung in günstiger Lage
Die Wohnung in Chiavenna war optimal für uns, schön eingerichtet, alles neu, gut ausgestattet, besonders auf dem kleinen Balkon konnten wir die Abendsonne genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zug & Bus ganz nah, überhaupt ist Chiavenna ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrten. Wir errden bestimmt im nächsten Herbst wiederkommen ...

Idéal pour 3 personnes. Très bien meublé, très propre et équipements modernes avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine. En plus, de nombreuses attentions qui permettraient de préparer un repas sans même faire des courses. Merci à Paolo. A signaler toutefois : quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes, le bruit des autos et des motos. Le vasistas de la mezzanine est un peu petit pour bien rafraichir l'air l'été et il y fait chaud la nuit.
