“Not impressed”

I was expecting a lot more for the price. Parking was two blocks away; the hotel sign was not quite visible. The room was very small with the sink in the bedroom area. There was a curtain on the window that snagged the bathroom door each time you used the bathroom. I would try a larger chain hotel if I were to visit the Cheyenne area again.

“Two Day Stay”

I reserved two rooms, only 1 was ready at 3pm. By 5pm, I requested a different room. When I went to make sure that room was ready, the keys didn't work. The double queen suite only had working AC in one room. The second day housekeeping only cleaned one room. I had to request toilet paper and towels for the suite, there were no dry towels for either room. I had to request housekeeping come and clean the suite, but they only made the beds and left all the trash in the rooms. Everyone was polite when I made my requests, I asked for a coupon the first day because we couldn't get in our rooms to get cleaned up for dinner and was given one for the hotel restaurant. The second day I didn't even bother because it was obvious we would never stay there again. I wanted to try something different, not another generic hotel and I got different all right.
