Clean room. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of were the pillows… a bit flat for my liking, other than that… staff was courteous and helpful. All staff encountered were Super friendly! The continental breakfast had tons of fresh options. We Felt very safe there. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

My stay was amazing! The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The only issue I had was that they only had one elevator and it broke down our second night there, so we had to take the steps. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I'm 8 months pregnant. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful, each and every one of them. This is a well managed hotel and if I am in the area will definitely stay again. Really clean and well maintained. The room layout is also nice and great desk for working.

**PLEASE READ - THIS IS NOT A PAID REVIEW** If you are in area looking for a CLEAN and COMFORTABLE place to stay, this is the place! I was very impressed when I walked in, by not only the cleanliness of the facility but the kind/welcoming energy from the staff. I genuinely felt safe and at a home away from home. Not only that, check-in was super easy and only took like 2 minutes flat! Even simply walking down the hallway to my room was immaculate. Once I got to my room, I immediately noticed how clean EVERYTHING was. I admittedly have a thorough checklist when I’m staying at a hotel. This place passed the test and I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience Fairfield Inn & Suites of Chesapeake!

Pros: Very friendly staff all around. Amazing breakfast. Great mattress & bedding. Cons: Rooms smell of mold/mildew/water damage. Poor ventilation in the shower/water closet. Very loud a/c unit. Doors to the guest rooms slam very loudly.
