“Would definitely stay again after skiing...”

After a day of skiing, a group of 7 of us stayed overnight. The front desk clerk, Kathy, was very helpful and had us checked in and a restaurant recommended in no time. All of the rooms on the back of the hotel overlook a nice, little creek and the rooms have a private balcony as well. The rooms were clean and everything worked. I would definitely stay there again, we had a great time.

Beautiful mountains & a creek with small rapids & a very rocky bottom just outside our back room door. It was a wonderful sound to see & hear when we would open our sliding glass door. There is also a very good continental breakfast that we enjoyed every morning. The main thing that will bring us back is the friendliness of the crew on duty during our stay, they were great. Thanks to them all.

“The Best Motel in Maggie Valley”

Certainly this was the best place to stay at Maggie Valley. The quality of service was very good and rooms were very spacious with microwaves and refrigerators. The bathrooms were very spacious and cleanly kept. You can find other places for half the price at Maggie Valley but this was one of the best accommodations in that area.

“WOW! This is a Ramada?”

In my experience Ramada's are the nastiest flea bag hotels around. This hotel wasn't like any Ramada I had ever been too. I was very worried it was going to be nasty based upton 1. its a Ramada and 2. it was really really cheap. 1st off the outside of the building was clean and nicely landscaped. the Lobby was clean with a nice tv. The staff was clean, courteous, and helpful. The halls were nice the carpet unstained and clean. The pool and dining area was also clean. Then we got to the room. WOW. Clean, unstained carpet, nice bathroom with good tile floor, shower tube, granite counter tops. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Coffee maker and Microwave didn't match the fridge but functioned with no problems. Beds were clean sheets were perfect. Tv worked good no bad channels. The furniture was new and in excellent condition. Vending machines worked although the snack machine could have had more in it. Washer and Dryer worked without issue. Had no problem with free wifi with both my laptop and Iphone. I've stayed in nice hotels( I work at a company that owns 2 resorts plus I've stayed at The WaterGate) and I've stayed in cheap hotels but never a nice AND cheap hotel until I stayed here. My only complaint was I should have brought a pillow. The hotels were a tad to thick for me. My girlfriend and her daughter had no such complaint.

“Great, but disabled need 1st floor”

Customer service great, clean spectacular views, right in town close to everything. Only problem we had was being booked on the second floor and my son was disabled. They had no first floor rooms available. Two sets of stairs at both ends of the building were a bit much. Otherwise, everything was fine.

“a really good motel”

My wife and I stayed at this motel for 4 days. We usually go up there in a camper but we sold it.So I booked this Motel online and was not disappointed.The room was clean and comfortable,king size bed,small fridge,microwave and coffee maker.. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our second floor balcony,front of the Motel. All the Staff that I dealt with were nice and helpful.We will difenintly stay there the next time we go up.The only problem my Wife had was with the smell of the cleaning materials. She is sensitive that way but over all a really good stay.
