My husband and I spent our 29th wedding anniversary at panther cabins. We had the best time. The cabin was perfect for us and romantic. The communication with management was wonder. Before perps when we we’re coming and the follow up after. Infact so much to do in the area. We want to bring the whole family when we do a vacation. That’s how much we enjoyed it.

This property is miss-advertised. There is no spa no resort. The cabin was dirty felt as if it hadn't been opened in weeks. The door was open and we did not get a key for the room so we could not stay there. Someone opened the key box, unlocked the door and did not leave us the key. The porch was also filthy.

Well i couldnt get in when we got there cause they had changed our cabin and we had no idea it was freezing outside no signal on my phone and they dont have wifi so i had to call 911 to get them to call the lady to come let us in and thats when she told me my cabin was switched. The inside to the eye was clean but they had roaches and i absolutely hate bugs, i didnt want to carry them home with me but i messaeged the lady and told her.

It had no hot tub as said it was a jacuzzi bath tub no internet no phone service and it was on the lot with another house that neighbors were looking in at us in the kitchen window no water pressure felt very shady

that is hitting the nail on the head, we are up in the mountains of the Great Smokies, only 4 miles away to casino, and while your up here there are trees, birds a running creek and quite. No Wifi, and so so on cell service but definate unwind and let go. We thank you for your stay.

Small but nice as advertised. Deck over the creek was great. The fire pit and grill on the creek was a bonus. It was the perfect place to actually get away and unplug...truly unplug.

Our extermination team Orkin came out immediately and examined the whole cabin. The gels and sprays they use of professional grade and they stated it was one who was running for his life. Your picture even shows 1, we don't have Roaches as you stated. Thank you for your input here is ours: you burned our one of a kind table that was made by a Cherokee Artist. So it looks like you forgot that picture. We have it on file.

The cabins location is not so great its a long drive into town. The cabin its self it pretty nice front porch there's a grill you have to bring your own charcoal there's horse shoes to throw while your out side and picnic tables. There is not many pots and pans if your going to cook might wanna pack you a few. The bathrooms smelt like pee when we got there but a plus to the bathroom they give you plenty of towels which is great with kids. The beds are not to comfortable 😕 they are smaller than what they look in the pictures. If your trying to stay close to the casino it is a good location for you but if your on a family vacation trying to visit Gatlinburg its not to great on location and its a long drive into Gatlinburg. If asked would i stay there againg definitely not. Oh and you have literally no service there also. And you will nkt know this until u get a email a few days before u leave they send you a email and let u know that and that if u cant find your cabin u dont get your money back . It is hard to find download your directions before you leave so when u loose service your gps will still work.

We thank you for your stay, and sorry that you felt this way, but first things first, We are located in Cherokee, NC, we are 33 miles from Gatlinburg, and based on your complaints I would say that if you wanted this type of cabin in Gatlinburg it would have cost you $1500. a night plus fees. But our cabin is clearly states No cell service so lets be fair. Your cheap and a complainer. Our Cabins and bathrooms are super clean. Next time spend your effort somewhere else.

I stayed at the cabin with my husband for our weekend vacation. We had drinks with watching creek at back deck. We had relaxed and peaceful time. Only complaint is we wish they left one extra toilet paper.

I thought we didn't have hot water at first. Turns out the the knobs were mismatched; C for hot water and H for cold water. This is a bares bones place, but it's peaceful with creek running right behind property.

sorry about the confused water labels but at least you had HOT water. Lol. we have found that guest what a get a way but you do have running water, a bathroom, a Great Jacuzzi on the deck

Rustic retreat
Really nice rustic cabin by the creek. We stayed in the Fort Apache cabin. It does not have ac, but we did not need it. Very clean. Rustic, but very nice. Quiet, right on creek. Perfect if you want to get away from it all. So much to do in and around Cherokee.

I will try to positive about my review. The property itself was ok being that it is the mountains. Due to the rain and my family being out a lot of the time during the day, we did not use the property very much. Although I did see there was a fire pit, a horseshoe layout, and even a grill, we were not able to use either. The views from the cabin, there was not any. There is no control of cell phone service so if you need your phone service, this is not a place for you. I have a big family so having no WiFi was a disappointment as well. There was no board games, card games, or any other games at that in the cabin so it was very hard to keep my children satisfied. My family and I were up in Cherokee for a baseball tournament so not having a washer or dryer at the cabin was a BIG disappointment as well. If any family plans to stay for a few days and need items washed, plan to work around this and also plan to go to the wash house during daylight because they close at dark. My wife and I stayed in the bedroom w the bathroom, let me say she was not pleased with the size of the standup shower. Even at her size (145 lbs), the shower was even too small for her. I literally had to step out the shower just to lather myself up. I would of thought central air would be in the cabin but I was wrong. There is no way that one AC wall unit is suppose to keep the cabin cool. Maybe I'm being wrong for saying this but I paid a little over $1600 for our stay and it was not worth it.

After reviewing your comments, we found that you actually stayed in two cabins. A two bedroom on the creek and a one bedroom cabin with sleeper sofa and rollaway. No where is it stated that we have washer and dryer, it is clearly stated that we are not able to receive wifi, with the altitude of the mountains, GPS doesn't even work up here. One cabin has a full size tub and shower. The other cabin has a standard size shower, at 200 lbs one would still be able to shower properly. Our cabins are extremely clean, with creek view, each cabin comes with Flat screen TV and Dvd player. Some cabins have books and games. This review anonymously was extremely misleading, 98% of our guests give us a satisfactory review, some even rave of our cabins and location. Our Creek side cabins are ten degrees cooler than in town. Our average temperatures have been 49 in the morning to 85 in the afternoon. The cabin that these guests stayed in is brand new with a brand new a/c and right on the creek. You can please some of the people some of the time but you can't please all the people all the time. Thank you for your comments we endeavor to make as comfortable and pleasant a vacation for everyone that visits us.

Overall A Great Stay/Great Value
Great stay! Location and vibe are wonderful!! There was a little dust and cobwebs etc, but overall very good. It could have used a bit more “personal touch” from management/ownership. Also, the mini bar contained bottles of “Oak Leaf” wine for 25.00 each...which Dollar General often sells for 2.50, even for a mini bar that seems excessive lol. Overall though a great stay. The price was very affordable and the value when quality is factored in is excellent in my opinion. Highly recommend!!

And probably doesn't get a dusting as much as we can now push it forward to have done on a more frequent cleaning. Per your suggestion were gonna drop the wine to $20.00 a bottle it's convenience and thank you for staying come back soon.
