“Check that you get what you pay for.”

Booked the room on the internet and we did not get what we paid. Overall, the room was ordinary but clean. Next time, I will insist on getting what we paid for.

Area recommendations

The area was suitable for our requirements, but taxis are a problem if you want to go further afield.

“"Great stay in Chengdu"”

The installations are really good and I could have a very nice stay in Chengdu. Strongly recommended.

Area recommendations

People were very opened to me as a foreign, even they do not speak English very much... This is a special city of China... green areas and good historical registers.

Dining

Go to Jinly Ancient street. Good food and good environment!

“A weekend in Chengdu”

Very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. The quality of the food was as you would expect from a French hotel, very good. The only negative comment that I would make concerns the level of staff training. Lots of staff but not very knowledgeable and didn't act on their own initiative when faced with a non-standard request. When I asked for a taxi I was offered the hotel taxi which was much more expensive than the city cabs that I could call down outside the hotel. An enjoyable stay nevertheless.

Area recommendations

If you are visiting Chengdu there really is so much to do. You must go to JiangLi and try the street food. Everyone goes to see the pandas, use city taxis they are very fast and cheap. If you have a little more time there are so many wonderful cultural sites to visit in the area - look at the Lonely Planet guide.

“I would definetly try to stay at this hotel on next visit to Chengdu”

All personel was extremely helpful and polite . The service and quality was of top quality and location was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the near future.

Getting there was very easy via taxi and taxi rate was inexpensive

There are three resturants of various foods. The choice of ones desire was very good. The food was served by extremely plesant and polite personel .The food was excellant and the choice was good.

goed hotel, maar kosten voor drankjes en maaltijden zijn relatief erg hoog (zeker ten opzichte van de kamerprijs en restaurants in de omgeving)
