Great property to stay at while in Chengdu. Close to great eating spots, within a mall, and across from the Metro. note that this building is massive. When facing the building from the metro, the entrance to this hotel is on the back side of the first building/building closest to you. If you get lost, don't worry. There are many helpful lobby attendants to help direct you to the correct area. If you enter through the mall, there will also be signs directing you to ascott raffles.

The Ascott hotel was in a great location, attached to a shopping mall. However, the hotel itself was a bit of a disappointment. I agree with other reviewers; don't pay extra for breakfast as it's not worth it. There are options for breakfast in the shopping mall, such as Wagas or Starbucks.

excellent as in hotel/apartment description. we traveled 12 person with elderly and we have enjoyed it. Conveniently attached with plenty of western cafes and pastries. There is a multistorey mall and supermarkets within. MRT also steps aways from the hotel. Apart-hotel are clean, fully equipped kitchen with utensild, washing machine, dryer, washing powders, toasters, kettle, plates...etc. bed is clean and comfortable, isolated windows. hifi systems and spacious room. Staff were all very helpful and efficient. Hotel delivery was done by robot. Breakfast was good but only the coffee maker should be changed. Venue also too small as it can be crowded in certain days. We enjoyed and its highly recommended.

This service apartment's location is convenient and just next to the Raffles City Mall. Room is quite acceptable as it's come with a super big king bed and is quite comfortable. Breakfast (provided) is not much to speak of...

Comfortable Stay Experience
I have stayed in this facility each time I am in Chengdu for work. Highly recommended. Facilities are well maintained. Room is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Well, if there are areas for improvement would be to increase the number of English TV channels and the varieties of breakfast items.

Nice location which is besides a big shopping mall. You can find anything you needed. Food outlets have many varieties. Flexible & friendly staff allowed me to late checkout at 2pm due my departure flight is at 6pm. Good!

Good Quality Hotel
Been staying at this hotel whenever I visited Chengdu for work. The facilities are well-maintained to ensure they uphold their service quality and standard. Rooms are generally large, comfortable and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and well equipped with modern bath facilities and amenities. The only frustration is the snail-paced wifi connection. Difficult to do any work in the room because of the crawling wifi connection. Once I had to work at the lobby area where the wifi connection is slightly better. Hotel is also conveniently located with an annex shopping mall that offers many restaurants and eateries. The subway station is located just in front of the hotel.

Conveniently Located and Well Kept Hotel
Definitely one of my favourite hotels whenever I am in Chengdu. Hotel is well maintained, clean and things worked. Conveniently located next to Raffles City Shopping mall that offers plenty of food choices. Only downside is its Wi-Fi. It crawlingly slow. I have go to the lobby area to work that has better Wi-Fi access.

A good stay overall
The Stay was good , quick check In, friendly service . small complain was about 3 sticky spots on the floor of the living room, but not a deal breaker , we used wet wipes .

Conveniently located. Clean & spacious room.
Overall a pleasant stay experience. Checked in past midnight but the service was efficient and courteous. Hotel is conveniently located just next to a shopping mall with many eateries. Overall, the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Room is spacious, clean and fitted with kitchen equipment though personally I have no use for them. Breakfast buffet spread was ok though the quality of the food is not consistent. So nothing to shout about. Still the room is comfortable, well stocked with toiletries daily. If there is something to improve, I suggest to increase the wifi bandwidth and speed. The wifi in the room is literally crawling.

Very convincing apartment hotel
This hotel located in very center of Chengdu, with good apartment services. Everything is good and easy to use. But one thing can be improved, the cables and cords under the working table. And let me feel very bad. I don’t know where can my leg stay when I need to working on the table.

excellent home away from home
The two bedroom suite was spotless, luxurious and very comfortable. The shopping & eateries in the complex were convenient and sufficiently varied to keep boredom at bay. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to other travelers.

Best Hotel Personnel.
The hotel is an excellent multipurpose themed property. The room I got was a luxary apartment with wall- to-wall window overlooking the city from 21st floor. Besides the impecable property more amazing were the staff. Not knowing chinese is a daunting challenge. Upon arrival I was greeted by Holly. Over the next four days she continuously helped me on things including calling/ tourist services on behalf of me. However not only Holly, later I found out its the full tram. Annie offered to help me by WhatsApp ever I face language problem in China! The hotel's breakfast buffet was super as you would expect. The staff there too are equally attentive to accomodate special dietery request. I will surely recommend this for stay in Chengdu.

Very nice hotel
Nice services apartment. It is in the city centre, however, it is a bit inconvenient to my parents.
