"On your website it was Wi-Fi included, but it never worked. Mine was a working holiday but I couldn’t do any work. Reported several times to reception but were given lame excuses. I missed a lot and had to reschedule my appointments. Not very happy."

"We loved the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool area is stunning. There are residential flats surrounding the hotel with barking dogs which I did find quite annoying. It is a beautiful hotel but the service is poor in comparison."
