Never will we ever stay at this location or any RED ROOF if we have other choices. Dust thick in fridge area, tile coming up by sink, deadbolt barely locked, metal bed base it cracked sound when you sat, turned on it. Caulking pulling from wall sink area and dirty. By tub water on floor by wall puddle plumbing issue. I have pictures of proof. Asked for receipt no amount on it so worthless.

Door lock was messed up. Instead of giving me another room they showed me you have to pull and then push to get it open 😳. No breakfast of any kind. I can do without food but no coffee is just too much. Coffee maker in room was disgusting and filthy. Had to go to Waffle House for coffee.

Stay at a different hotel.
I booked a room for three nights. The TV was terrible and they could not give me another room. I checked out the next day and went to another hotel. I was told I would get a refund. I returned the day after not receiving a credit. The clerk left a message for the manager and said the manager would credit my account. I never received the credit. I will try to register a complaint with Hotels.com and see if they can credit my account. I will not stay at Red Roof again.

To make a long story short the room was unsatisfactory in everyway, and when we asked for a change and things to be fixed we were met with arguing and even more issues. We are still trying to get our money back as we were charged for four nights and did not even stay one.

Unit very run down. No bath towels. Went to office to get some and it was locked. No basket on coffee maker. Pet friendly room dog loved smelling bases on beds where others had marked. Stayed here last year and it was fine. Wont return next year on our way home.

They would not give me a late check out but the first room they sent me to (at 11 PM) had not been cleaned at all and both beds were unmade. So.....I think they could have offered my a late check out.

The bathroom was disgusting filthy nasty walls, hair in the bathtub, urine stains on the floor, the toilet did not flush properly, and the walls were dirty. The floors in the room were disgustingly nasty. This property is beyond repair and should be demolished. Needs a visit by the board of health.
