We had a family room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was comfortable. We had a dog which was no problem. They allowed the dog into the restaurant. The food at dinner was very disappointing and not worth the money. But the breakfast was good.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times while travelling to Spain, we like the secure car parking. Also it is dog friendly and you can take your dog with you in the dining area, which is good for us at breakfast both of us going in together with the dog then we can get an early start, also the breakfast is really nice

Good stopover hotel
Good basic hotel for a stopover en route. 5 minutes from the A7 motorway. Very efficient friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. Clean, basic room. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Quiet, comfy and nice breakfast
Ibis style is generally good, comfy places with nice touches. Special effort made on the breakfast with a lot of organic and gluten-free products, super nice people and some work on reducing waste. Kudos for that! The whole family loved it.

Nice for what it is
The room appeared to be nice. Just wished the bathroom had a shower curtain, better fan for moisture, and no "sour" smell in the bathroom from the poor ventilation. The front staff was great! Very courteous, professional, and helpful.

Great place for a stop over
Everything was just fine. We had a stop over travel through France to Italy and having a Lidl supermarket next door was very convenient. Great breakfast and no complaints.

Great stopover hotel if you are southbound.
Clean hotel, close to the freeway, but well south of Lyon. Probably 25 min drive to downtown if you want to go there. There is very little near the hotel, other than a big box mall with a McDonalds. First room smelled strongly of cleaner. We stayed a second time (it was the halfway stopover on a road trip) and the second room had no odor. Breakfast was good. Above average for a European breakfast, they have a fresh OJ machine that the kids loved and the standard croissant, meat, bread, yogurt, coffee machine (!!!) and fruit you see elsewhere. Nice extras was a hard boiled egg maker (boiling water with cool metal egg holders) and the OJ machine. Clean restaurant. We were not there for dinner so I can't comment on that. One thing to note: The A7 can be pretty bad through Lyon during the day so if you are using this as a stopover through France and you are northbound, you may want to stay north of the city so you don't have bad traffic in the morning. If you are southbound, it is perfect. Easy access to the freeway and you are past any bad traffic. I would definitely stay here again. Price was good, room was just fine for a sleep n go, and the breakfast was above average.

Good value stopover.
Just a stopover to the Var but very comfortable. Food was good quality and a great breakfast. Work going on in hotel to add a Courtpaille restaurant. Didn’t affect us though.

Overnight with dogs
Overnight stop on the way to Spain. Travelling with two small dogs. Friendly and helpful staff. Pets welcome in bar and restaurant. Room clear with a very comfortable bed.

Not the hotel we thought we had booked! The hotel was comfortable and we were very pleased with the car park security gates. Hotel is right next to motorways so handy as a stopover. Too noisy to have windows open and room a little stuffy. Main problem was the traffic around Lyon.

serves a purpose
This was used as an overnight stopover on the way to the south. For this, it was excellent. The room was keenly priced and its easily accessed from the autoroute. The complinetary breakfast was fine, if a little basic. But, it did come with the room. We didn't eat in the restaurant as it looked pretty expensive for what it was. Instead, we drove to an excellent local pizzeria about two minutes away in the car.

Great hotel tricky location
We travelled by train to Chassis sur Rhone. Our purpose was to visit Vienne. Hotel arranged taxi transfer from station as there are no taxis available at the station. The hotel was excellent in all respects and we were very pleased with it. However staff appeared unaware of local bus service into Vienne. Fortunately one young member of staff clarified that there was a bus service and although not frequent (hourly)it was reliable and within easy walking distance of hotel near McDonalds. Once this was established we used the bus frequently in our 3 day stay and saved a fortune in taxi fairs.
