The property and amenities were in good condition. Easy walking distance to main street shopping. Hotel staff were very accommodating for an early check in which was very helpful as we had to be at another venue from 2:00pm until 10:00pm

Clean, comfortable beds, easy parking and walking distance to the city center. 150 meters to the commercial hotel easy walk with good quality pub meals.

Outback pub concrete floor but friendly. Accomodation in motel units, not the hotel. Food was great and similar to the other pub open for meals. Rump steak was best I have had, tasty and tender.

There was a large amount of ants coming under the front door. Room was relatively clean but did not stop the invasion. No bug spray available in the room.

The motel room was clean and was great for the overnight stay we were there. Dinner at the hotel was well priced with large portions. Staff were very easy to deal with and were great hosts.

Not an enjoyable stay
No clear indication of where to check in. Had to ask the bartender and it turns out that check in is at the bar. Did not clearly state how to check out except for leaving the keys on the room door. Did not state where the shared bathrooms or kitchen is. It was hard to climb up the stairs as lights on the hallway was not working. The room was clean but side of the mattress was formed. Shared bathroom and kitchen was clean. Overall stay was alright but did not feel comfortable due to the shabbiness. I would not return next time.

No frills but economic stay
Rating is based on condition for what is a 3 star property, but then you shouldn’t be paying a high price. Share toilets, small rooms and share showers in a traditional hotel. Restaurant and bar popular with both guests and locals. Staff are friendly

The parking was a concern as was only having one working power outlet in the room. We needed to unplug the air conditioner to have access to a working power outlet.

Country pub, food was very nice, staff helpful and friendly. The room was very small, simple, clean and the beds comfortable. Good water pressure for the showers. Small kitchen upstairs near the rooms with kettle, toaster, microwave and cups, players & cutlery. All was kept clean. We liked our stay and can recommend if you are looking for a budget accommodation.

We switched from hotel room to the motel. Toilet didn't flush properly - new inlet valve urgently required. Sliding door to ensuite badly water damaged, and most difficult to open and shut, damaged core-board particles from door scattered on ensuite floor, no effort made to clean up or replace,but door needs urgent replacement. Otherwise OK. Food reasonable, staff obliging and friendly.

Thin partition walls between rooms. Couldn’t sleep because customer in next room was snoring loudly all night and doors banging. Place was clean but old. But it was cheap and one got what you paid for. I won’t make that mistake again. I’ll rather pay more and get a night’s sleep

This place was great for literally just a place to stay for the night before moving on early the next day. There wasnt much in the small room other than a tiny sink and a bed and I dont think it was very clear the bathrooms are communal. Also the Wifi was pretty poor too. Was still clean and wasnt too bad for the price.
