"Staff was amazing. Especially after coming from a hotel that was not anything like them. One person in particular, who didn’t check me in but was so welcoming. Shout out to her! While my name was being found she was keeping me company with chats about the last hotel. Also, the woman who gave me a an actual glass of ice.
