The staff was helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is dated and needs upgrades. Close to the airport and restaurants.

The property outside has a small man-made creek or lake with a beautiful nature walk and view. Inside the hotel it is very clean in the lobby and rooms. However, the breakfast was not good. I don't eat pork, so I was not sure if the sausage was edible for me. Although I was told it was okay to eat. And the hot tub was broken. It was hot; however, the jets were broken.

Overall the stay was fine. Not getting clean towels and the trash taken out unless you request it every day is questionable. I know it's all about cutting costs, but give me a break. Fresh towels and trash removal is not too much to ask. Hotel is kept clean and neat,staff was nice. Breakfast is waffles,toast,cereal,muffins, eggs and sausage. Some fresh fruit is available,coffee,tea,juice.

Complimentary toiletries were cheap. Staff was not very engaging. The staff was busier having private conversations than guest experience. Will not be staying there again.

The staff was very nice and for the price. The room was really good. Bed and pillow were comfy. Room darkening shade worked very well. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub bubbles were out of order which was a bit disappointing after being in the car for hours. Overall nice location and we are very satisfied.

The man at the reception is very bad the way how he talked I arrived to the hotel by.11:00 AM he ask me to wait until 3:00 PM and he asked me to Pay 50 $ extra to check in because the check in must be by 3:00 PM I waited 4 hours in the reception. Loud noises in the corridors of the room.im not happy. Thanks.

I was on vacation with my daughter. Breakfast was good. The pool is warm and the hot tub was also hot. We had a great swim. Near the hotel there is a beautiful walking area around the lake, we had a great walk and breathed fresh air before going to bed.

We stayed here one night. Short wait for the shuttle bus pickup (they make a trip on the hour), very comfortable bed/pillow, front desk staff is very friendly and professional. Good breakfast, 2 min walk to a steak house for lunch option, excellent experience. Will definitely stay here again.

The room had a sock on the floor when we arrived . The pull out couch has dirty sheets on the bed .The ice maker on our floor was broken. Lastly, the free breakfast was not very tasty .

Lovely and spacious room. Staff very responsive; our first room had noisy AC (1st warm day!), so they showed us other rooms and had a quiet one available. Small lake right next to Wingate was wonderful for an evening walk. A few restaurants withing walking distance. Nice exercise room and a beautiful pool.
