It was a bad experience. Mosquitos in rhe room. Broken glasses under the bed. No body reponds to your requests. The linen fir rhe beds was extemely old and needs to be changed Immediately.

Hotel is decent, bathrooms could be cleaned better. Nancy from cafe was great and very pleasant. She provided great service during breakfast

The food was amazing. Great location. I had some concerns and the hotel management staff were quick to resolve the issues and make my stay comfortable

Fine hotel and comfortable.
Hotel was comfortable. We stayed one night only. Too short to learn more. Generally a nice hotel comfortable room and helpful staff. Location was fine but in a business park and away from main shopping area.

good but not really good
extremely poor internet and services shut down often. YOu need to call reception for those things that should be placed in room on normal basis. Late night in room services is a headache for them. They mihgt say no to everything. faster the reception answer the calls, slower they provide the services. Basic needs such as clothing iron is not available. Location is great, rooms are warm in winter but that doesn't add up overall imperssion. Make sure you check your bill before you leave...you might notice some extra charges added up for no reason and once you ask about the charges; staff will immediately remove those charges.

Nightmare hotel
They tried to bill me twice. The phone and the television in the room didn't work. Only Wi-Fi in the lobby, not in the room. No shampoo... not a restful stay. Would not return.

Bad condition rooms
I booked 2 rooms for a night Both of the rooms were in bad condition. Dirty rooms Hotel staff was ok they weren't friendly. Cleanliness of the reception area was good but Entrance was in pretty bad condition.
