The room was noisy till midnight while the restaurant and the people on the ground floor were moving about and the same was the case in the morning. Otherwise the place is good

This property does not count as Boutique hotel. It is an average hotel with nothing amazing as service. Rooms are more like Oyo and so is quality of Breakfast. Reception was okay. Staff is a lil rude in both hotel and hotel. No trolley for taking your luggage. Parking is paid and needs to be found by Guest. You may not find parking anywhere near hotel in day time. Against what I paid, I don’t recommend this place

If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend not booking this property. I could hear the phone ringing in next room, gym, water fountain etc. I had a 4 night stay but canceled within an hour for remainder of 3 nights. The staff is nice but they only manage the property given to them by owners, really they can’t do much to improve.

Great stay.
Super comfortable beds and amazing shower. Could do a bit better with breakfast. Two large families who were paying took all the food. Would definitely stay again. Location is in town and not far from district 17 where the shops are.

Soft bed, quiet, comfortable
Lovely quiet hotel. Room was in good condition, modern design, super soft and comfortable bed. Attentive breakfast staff and fast check-in, tv had many international channels. There was some internal construction noise during our stay by another building in the same block, but it didn’t go late or start earlier than 9:30am so it was ok. Location was good - short walk to rose garden. KFC in the same block for late night eats. Would stay again

A great option in the heart of the city
Was a very professional well run hotel - excellent check in, comfortable bed, great Thai restaurant downstairs which you can order dinner in your room from. Was a good experience

Good location and Asian fusion restaurant
Hotel is in Sector 8c which is pretty good location and makes it easy to get to the attractions. It is in a square with shops and banks so can be noisy outside even at night. The family room was spacious and clean. It is the only room on level 1 but close to reception, lift and cleaners cupboard. Attached Hibachi restaurant has Asian fusion food - we all enjoyed the meal but was a little pricey for India. Staff let the hotel down especially the ones at reception- did not follow up on requests even when asked more than once. Mentioned this to the manager when we checked out so hopefully better in future

Very costly stay!
Hotel is OK but not a value for the money spent! I asked through Expedia for family room, but on reaching hotel in the evening, staff told me that you have been given an upgrade (how can I be sure as they did not show me my first allotted room), and than bed was not bigger for a couple and a 12 years old daughter who would toss in the night; and for grown up son, they said that they would give us a mattress!! But I did not have any choice than!

Staff very friendly and accommodating, location was very good . The toilets downstairs were prone to blocking or flooding causing the stench to fill the main stairwell ! Good food in the restaurant though

Good overall
Excellent location. Friendly and very helpful (and quick) staff. Room was spacious, clean (enough) and comfortable. Wifi was terrible - kept timing out and was complicatied to sign onto. We were upgraded to a premium room with a view and had an extra twin bed in the room for our 12 year old. Our 2 plus year old slept in the king bed in between my husband and I. Breakfast was very good.

great boutique hotel , but bad air fresheners.
This is really a very nice boutique hotel. quality service and atmosphere. Only one problem the air freshener sprayed in the rooms is oppressive and has a strong chemical. If you book a room ask them to not spray it before you arrive. Other than that its a fabulous place to stay with really comfortable beds. SJL

A great experience....
we are a family of four and stayed at the ICON for a night each, a week apart. The hotel delivered everything as promised. Good room, great staff, sumptuous breakfast. Soon after checkout, we had some issues with our taxi and had to spend an additional four hours in the hotel. The staff were very understanding and allowed us to spend the time in the room, despite us having completed the check-out formalities. The presence of Gopal Sweets nearby is a blessing .....for a great dining option. I would highly recommend the ICON and would definitely stay there when I am in C'garh next.

A Real Charmer!
This small hotel, stuck in a Le Corbusier Superblock was a real charmer. My wife and I were on our way to Amritsar, to meet family and had several days in Chandigarh by ourselves and ended up here. A comfortable room, wonderful shower - read HOT WATER! and the food we had our first night, severely jet-lagged was a real treat, as we were just too tired to venture out - some of the best Chicken Tandoori I have had. The staff was delightful to work with on several issues: making arrangements for transportation, the demonetization crisis, illness, and always had a ready-answer for our questions. The hotel is small, but the small-ness is no indication of the quality-of-service. Top notch boutique hotel.

Modern hotel with Great facilities
The hotel is slightly hidden in a shopping area close to the main road in Sector 8. It is located approximately 30mins from the airport. Once you step inside though, the welcome is great and the overall feel of the hotel is very modern. The room was well designed with great beds and bathroom area. Downstairs is a modern dining area although the basement bar is often unavailable due to private events. Breakfast is just okay as the area is a little small relative to the number of guests. Also the staff seem to be a little uncoordinated and therefore not always a smooth process. Overall, I would recommend and stayed here on two occasions. It is far superior to other higher end hotels in the city especially in Sector 17.

Nice hotel in a very central location. Even though I had a problem with them regarding the ironing of a shirt (iron was dirty and destroyed a shirt), the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay!
Wifi was very week, only a couple of bars. it worked but very slow. The bed was comfy but a little too soft. Had an indent where people had slept. Over all though it's a very nice hotel and was very comfortable. LOVED having a long, hot soak in the Jacuzzi tub! and lots of hot water in the rain shower too! I never turned on the TV so have no idea about that. Good service and the food at the restaurant was good too. All of the staff were very nice and friendly, very helpful. One of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in India.

The location of the hotel is good. I personally felt that the room was small. Bathroom space is good. I had booked myself and family in the room and requested for a separate bedding as we could not fit in. Surprisingly, the hotel wanted to charge separately for this extra mattress. Even for the breakfast they were hinting on charging for my kids, although the booking I made was for 2 adults and 2 children all inclusive.

Excellent! Staff were fantastic and it was a beautiful hotel kept in excellent shape. Only downside was hotel restaurant food was expensive outside of the all-inclusive breakfast. But again, the staff overall were fantastic: restaurant/cleaning/reception.
