We were very disappointed with the condition of the corridors and room. There was a particularly unpleasant smell in both. The staff were pleasant and checked us in efficiently . We went for breakfast about 7:30 but it looked as if it had been well picked over and croissant and other things had not been refilled. The restaurant was closed and we were directed to an independent eatery across the car park. I had the worst steak ever and although I pointed out to the staff that it was very fatty, I did not even get an apology. We will not stay here again

We were given a Disabled room on ground floor. The room itself was very tired and needed updating. The bedside reading lamps did not work and the carpet needs replacing. The shower was terrible. The door would not open completely as it was scraping on the floor. The shower fitting was broken so it was necessary to hold the shower head when showering. It was a wet room and when the floor got wet it was very slippery and dangerous. The breakfast was very poor. The orange juice maker was broken and the selection of food was very poor not up to the normal standard of Ibis Styles. We were glad to leave.

We loved the style and the brightness of room. All very clean, the welcome card was nice to read. About the breakfast when we had ours around 9:30am their were a lot of food spaces empty, the staff a lady she didn't speak English and she was very very very rude when I asked for milk and bread and fruit. The taste of food available for me and my family was ok.
