We pretty much was only there long enough for sleep. Was clean and comfortable. Will say the breakfast was good but no staff there to maintain it. Most stuff was all gone. There was a big wrestling meet in town and full at the hotel but the whole time there no one was checking on it

Nicely Remodeled
Newly remodeled hotel made for a nice stay. Clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good. Surrounding area was nice with stores and restaurants. The only negative was that we were on the side facing the highway and it wasn’t too sound proofed, but would definitely stay again

The toilet in the bathroom was like a child’s potty. Any tall person would have their knees under their chins. I’m surprised with my hips I could get up without calling 911. Other than that it was a good stay.

The pool and the workout room were closed due to "renovations." No one at the desk when we arrived. The air conditioning system is a nightmare. You are either freezing or hot. Didn't that system go away in the 1980s?? We hardly slept and couldn't wait to leave. Add that to really poor Cable tv.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were advised that we could not check into our room until 4 o’clock because the hotel is undergoing upgrading and maintenance. This was never disclosed on the Travelocity website after traveling all day. This was not what we were hoping for.

Hello Laura, I can understand the frustrations you were going through during your stay. The original room we had for you was done at 1pm but we were accommodating your request for a off the highway room which was not done until our temporary check in time of 4pm while we go through our remodel. I hope this does not deter you from choosing to stay again. Have a great day!

Clean place but they are working on t and did not post that the pool is closed! After a very long day of driving that will s how I stretch and relax. They should post that it is closed. If I had known I would not have stayed here.

The check in process was a little painful. The girl checking us in was wearing a mask and very soft spoken, so it was hard to understand what she was saying. Then she swiped my credit card and because of the renovations had to go to another room and when she came back, she asked for my credit card again and when I told her she already swiped it she didn't remember swiping it. Also, it would have been nice if the web site would have indicated that they were doing renovations and the pool and other amenities were closed.

Room wasn’t ready at check in - was told they were understaffed. When we got to the room, there was crusted macaroni and cheese all over the hallway floor. Noisy all night with doors slamming. Got to breakfast at 7:15am and they were out of most hot food - after 20 minutes still nothing. Would not recommend!

Work was being done in the common areas and some rooms. However, the hallways were full of debris and dirt when I checked in, and it was still there the next day when I checked out. No notice was given ahead of time that this was going on, nor was any compensation given. In addition, I’m not sure what was happening in the room above at night, but their movements shook the ceiling above me. The staff I met were lovely, but I would not recommend staying there in the near future (June 2023).

The bedsheets were filthy, lipstick stains, other weird stains. I asked for clean sheets. I was told no one could bring them to me. I had to get them myself and change them myself. Pool was closed. Nothing mentioned on the website. Parking lot was tiny so I had to park in a nearby restaurant and hope my vehicle would be safe. Absolutely not worth what I pad and should be refunded. And even though I booked and paid through Expedia a hold was placed on my card that I’m hoping to get back from the hotel themself. This was simply a disaster. Never staying at IHG again.

Horrible service. Front desk very rude. Room had damage in bathroom and black mold on the ceiling above the shower. Outside my window were old sinks they had removed not attractive. Empolyees from from the office staff to housekeeping getting breakfast while guest were trying to get thier breakfast. Again very rude staff.

There was blood on the white curtain to darken the room. Wasn’t our blood. I love you’re carrying dove products but some people like bathtubs and the soap/shampoo/conditioner is up to far to reach.

Disappointed
Very disappointed that the pool was not open. That is why I booked this hotel. They were going through a renovation, and I understand that, but the room was very dusty. I had to dust it before I put anything down on the counter.

Was upset the pool was closed due to a leak. Had booked a two bedroom only to find out it was just two beds. The don't have any rooms with bedrooms.
