The property was Ok breakfast great I was disappointed that the cleaning staff stole My Canadian souvenirs what I had prepared for my friends I noticed only the night before leaving and naturaly I can not prove it since did not catch the person next time I know to lock the luggage all the time it poor sour taste to a beautiful place

Very nice room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the reservation, but they took care of it before we got there. The breakfast was excellent. Very nice hotel.

Nice old fashioned hotel at the very center. Could get a little noise at night from the pedestrian street below, but we did not mind. Nice service and good breakfast, recommended.

It was in the perfect location and the room was very nice sized. The bathroom was so nicely done with a huge shower. The breakfast was nice. A great place and I will return.

The room had very nice decorations, antique like. It was also quite unusual as you used a small staircase to get to the bathroom and entryway. Unique room.

Good bedroom, bathroom, linens and breakfast. Only grumble was that my sleep in the street facing room was disturbed by a screaming drunk well into the night. Good hotel choice if you can book a rear facing room.

Loved Hotel Krcinum Dum in this great medieval town. Professional staff. Expedite check in with Martina and lovely breakfast (great coffee). Would definitely come back.

The luxury suite #33 where we stayed was one of the most beautifully restored and memorable hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Antique furnishings, but a stylish modern bathroom, plus wifi. Our suite was clean and quiet. Hotel has elevator for those who need it. Breakfast was typical.

Hotel close to the main activities. In the center.
Recently renovated hotel. considered among the best 4 star hotel. Receptionist need to be more friendly. Breakfast selection is limited. Parking is far from the hotel. Towels need to be renewed. No house keeping.

A moment in time
We loved the hotel and the location. Our room was beautiful. To really enjoy CK you need to stay in the old town. From 10:00-4:00 it is crowded with tour bus tourists, but in the cool mornings and evenings it a place suspended in time. The only thing travelers need to remember is that there is no air conditioning. If you want a classic historic hotel, this is the one for you. If you are heat sensitive you may need to stay in a bigger chain hotel.

Lovely Hotel In Good Location
We were lucky enough to be given the only room left in the hotel which was a huge suite with a 4 poster bed, table and chairs, comfortable lounge chairs and very large bathroom with shower and separate bath. Breakfast was very good and you could even have a glass of sparkling to set you up for the day. Location is very good, being close to the main square, castle and other attractions. Jakub Restaurant was good for dinner. You can eat more cheaply at some other places, but the food and service was good.

Wonderfully historic property
Would have been much better if our room had air-conditioning. In the summer when it can be very warm, the only option was to open the window, but doing so was problematic for my wife's allergies and asthma. Also, by opening the window, we had noise from the hotel restaurant below and lathers on the beautiful square below

When we searched for a hotel in Cesky Krumlov one of our criteria was air conditioning and this hotel was listed. However when we arrived we learned that the rooms were NOT air conditioned. We at least were happy that the room had a fan. However, we ultimately had to close our window at 1:30 am because there was so much noise from a group singing and playing guitars.

Quaint character and comfortable.

This hotel was just OK- more like an apartment then full service hotel. No staff presence at all. Our rooms were in the attic on the 3rd floor- no elevator acces - which is fine if you are able to carry your own luggage up one flight. Air conditioning was broken in 1 of our 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and adequate-nothing special or charming about them- am wondering about the other reviews which mentioned this- maybe it was just our rooms. Breakfast was blah- an after thought with limited items. We always felt unwelcome when we entered the breakfast area. Rooms above the restaurant at night are VERY loud. On a positive note: Very good location- very central to everything: sight seeing, restaurants and shopping!

Older boutique hotel centrally located. Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast is subpar for a boutique hotel. Nothing seemed homemade. No air conditioning and no screens on your windows so mosquitoes come. Check-in desk is at another hotel so it felt impersonal. I'd book elsewhere next time.

Incompetent management
We booked a suite for a family more than a month in advance. When we arrived we were told that there was some computer mix- up in the previous day and the suite is unavailable. We were offered instead a room with extra bedding for the second generation, (obviously for a lower price than that of the suite). we had to accept because we had no alternative arrangements. We came to the room at 3 PM, and it was not made. So we were asked to wait for a few hours till the room was cleaned. They gave us a 500 Czech crowns (about 20$) coupon for the restaurant and a bottle of caramel syrup (sic!) as compensation. Thank you very much... In the evening when we returned the room was made, though some of the towels were not clean. The room was on the first floor, just above the restaurant that closed only at midnight. Obviously, it was not easy to sleep because of the noise and it was a warm night, so we had to keep the windows open. The location is very good at the center of Cesky Krumlov. The nineteenth century style interior decoration is in good taste and fitting the location and old building. Breakfast was very nice, the woman in charge was very friendly and helpful, especially to children. But obviously, the management of this hotel needs to get its act together and establish some reliability with its customers before they can expect repeat visitations and recommendations.

Jewel in the center of town
The location of this hotel is perfect. One block from the main square and walking distance to everything. The room was decorated perfectly for the building and locale, with vintage photos and artwork. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel and within The location is good for walking and getting around. The city is very small and mostly pedestrian. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, but the elevator only went to the second. That was inconvenient. Also the tub with a shower in it did not have a curtain or enclosure.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed. Our room was very spacious. Great location. Had a very nice dinner in the restaurant Jakub. Only bit of inconvenience: You check-in at the hotel next door and the breakfast was served there as well. You have to go outside to get to it. It was raining when we went for breakfast.

Charming hotel in a beautiful town
we enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very well run and the rooms are beautiful. Our only concern is that it is not well marked and a bit difficult to find, even in this small town. But once you do you will find it worth it!

Located a block off main square, hotel is ideally located in the middle of old town but not noisy. We had room in attic with AC that worked great. Rooms modernized inside ancient building. Beautiful!! Staff is wonderful and speaks great English, breakfast good.

Beautiful but HOT room
This hotel is in a great location in the center of the city, right next to the Egon Schiele Museum and some great restaurants. The room is beautiful and large. The only downside however, was the room seems to be unnecessarily heated and out of your control and we were forced to leave the windows open to the loud and smokey city life below throughout the night.
