The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was helpful in accommodating our needs and assisting with our requests. The location relative to the palace is very good. If in Caserta this is a good option.

Quaint B&B loaded with art and charm. Very clean and comfortable and was close to dining shopping and down the street from Reggie de Caserta. Beautiful location close to all transportation. Host Annamaria and Rosa were extremely accommodating hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was very noisy in the morning and late at night! The photo is deceptive in that there is no garden. The property is very sterile and still under construction.

Buongiorno non capiamo in che senso è rumorosa la nostra struttura, inoltre non è in costruzione, ma stanno svolgendo interventi di manutenzione, in quanto abbiamo avuto problemi con le piogge e sono saltati alcuni tubi.grazie

Quiet and quaint. Neat and clean, breakfast delivered to your room was a wonderful mix of continental breakfast. Good location, 5-10 walk to train station, central location convenient to walk almost anywhere. Price very reasonable, highly recommend.

And absolutely great place to stay in Caserta. Everything about the Artistic Charming House is positive. Easy to find from the parking which is just across the street. Lovely rooms, very clean, excellent breakfast provided in the room. Now that I have stayed here I wouldn’t consider any place else in Caserta.

The only issue I had was that the water pressure in the shower seemed low and shower was cramped

Non siamo stati alla reggia, ma quasi … praticamente attaccati. Struttura moderna e molto ben organizzata, colazione in camera “obbligatoria” spettacolare. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Hermoso hotel, muy céntrico y con un gran servicio. El desayuno muy completo y la habitación increíble. Muy recomendable para conocer La Reggia (a 5 min caminando).

Camera per famiglia di 4 spaziosa, curata e accogliente. Colazione abbondante e varia, dal salato al dolce. Posizione hotel a 5 minuti dalla Reggia di Caserta e subito nel centro di Caserta.

Avrei preferito la colazione in un ambiente comune e senza il carrello. Per il resto, a parte il cattivo tempo nella giornata di arrivo, tutto bene.

Una esperienza da ripetere
Ristrutturato da pochissimo con gusto e attenzione verso gli ospiti; vicinissimo ad un ampio parcheggio ed alla Reggia; confortevole. Condizioni igieniche perfette. Colazione completa ed abbondante; grande disponibilità da parte degli addetti. Esperienza da ripetere ivi compresa la cena (con pagamento a parte) presso il ristorante suggerito.
