Beautiful villa with very nice outdoor space and excellent breakfast in a quiet village. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice relaxing place and have a car ( 20 minutes driving to Pisa and sand beaches).

Gem away from it all
Owners put a lot of pride and effort into this unique B&B creating a beautiful enclosed space. The customer service is excellent, actually exceptional. It helps if you like incense as the secondary business pervades the accommodation and you will need a car as it is in small village between Pisa and Pontedera. But the garden where breakfast is served and the building are beautiful. Recommended

La Grande Bellazza
We booked this hotel as it was relatively close to the airport for the final night of our 10 day Tuscan trip. It surpassed all our expectations and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. It was like something from a Paolo Sorrentino movie, with the quaint town, the quiet pool area and the ambience. It smelled lovely too. I’d imagine the church bells would get tiresome on longer stays (especially as they went off 3 mins early). The reception lady was very attentive and offered us an early breakfast as we were checking out early. We’re so glad she did as the breakfast was spectacular. She also gave us a list of restaurant recommendations nearby. We chose Sale Nero which was fantastic, but I would recommend booking as it got busy after 8pm. We WILL stay again.

Great stay ,loved this place ,so quite ,lovely grounds ,room, staff are amazing ,really good breakfast,only 20 min walk from a train station so its a very easy walk ,can be in Pisa centre around 12 mins for 2.70 euro,I was here for a wedding near by but I would choose to stay here again if Visting Pisa,Florence,so easy to get to and so much nicer then staying in the city

A real gem.
An amazing little gem in an unexpected location. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast spread was excellent. The bonus of the beautiful gardens for breakfast was special. A very eclectic place full of unusual and quirky pieces. Unless it is only an overnighter for the airport, a car is required and we found we had difficulties finding decent places to eat in the area unless you like pizza but that is not a criticism of this place. Our drive to San Gimignano and back was a bit long but Pisa and Lucca are both very close. Overall, thoroughly recommend this place.

This B&B is a true gem! Fantastic grounds and the rooms are simply beautiful. Very quiet place within easy drive to Pisa, Lucca, or Florence. Staff was amazing and very helpful for suggestions on sights to see and places to eat. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A gem of a B & B in Cascina!
This B & B is a gem! It is beautifully decorated and our room was extremely clean. A hostess was there to meet us and the check-in was swift. Our GPS would not take the advertised address on the Hotels.com reservation so we required help from a local who called the hotel for us. The hotel said that it was located at 39 Via Stadello but our GPS would only accept 38 Via Stadello. Once we put in the address 38 Via Stradello, it brought us right to the hotel. The room that we were assigned was very spacious with a large private bathroom. Everything is new so it was lovely! The breakfast was delicious with meats, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cheeses, pastries and fresh croissants! A selection of teas and fresh coffee (espresso or capuchino) was provided. Delicious capuchino! We had a choice of eating outside on the patio or eating inside. Since the weather was so good, we chose to eat outside. The garden is beautifully decorated and very inviting! We found the location of the B & B good for visiting Lucca and Pisa as we had a rental car. The location of the hotel is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities but Lucca and Pisa are easily reached by car. There is free parking right in front of the hotel which was very convenient! This place is a 10 out of 10! We would gladly return!

Beautifully quiet spot near Pisa
We had an amazing stay overnight before our flight from Pisa. We were hosted so wonderfully, dinner was organised for us and the breakfast the next morning was the best we had in Italy! The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Such a lovely hotel!

Lovely place, great for a short stay!
First of all Marco was extremely hospitable and welcoming. Our flight was delayed and he waited for us to show us around and check us in. Place was great for a short stop over and was spotless. Breakfast was also very good. We'll be back at some point!

We highly recommend Enrico’s apartment!
Enrico was an amazing host. We stayed in this wonderful apartment for only one night while in town to visit a former exchange student. We were greeted with 2 delicious servings of lasagna, a tiramisu, bottled water, and a bottle of sparkling wine. We were treated as though we were old friends. The apartment was comfortable with all the amenities. We look forward to staying there again when we come visit!

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The guest house was decorated in a traditionally Italian style with the room being spacious and comfortable. There was a good selection for the continental breakfast, including pastries, meat, cheeses and fish. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it

A great late Pisa flight arrival solution
A late flight into Pisa meant we needed a hotel nearby before starting our Tuscan tour the following day, and under 10 Kms from the airport the B&B was very convenient. We had arranged a late check in and arriving at 10.30 we were given refreshing beers in the lovely garden and nothing was too much trouble. We felt we were instantly on vacation! Our room was large, spotlessly clean and very quiet. The location is a little isolated and a bit tricky to find even with GPS, but a quick phone call and someone came out into the road and waved us in! Very good value at €62 per night B&B and lovely friendly staff.

A pleasant surprise!
We arrived in Pisa,IT late in the pm and were expecting a shuttle service,but used a taxi when we learned we would have to wait an hour....When we arrived at the B&B, the owner, Marco, was absolutley impeccable with his courtiousness in taking my husband & I to a fabulous restaurant in town of Cascina. We had a lovely meal, then got transported back to the B&B! The room(s) were very nicely appointed, spacious,and comfortable......Breakfast was tasty out on the patio/piazza. The helpers/co-owners were quite friendly!! Will recommend to others as well as hopefully return to this destination in the future.

Peace and tranquillity
This lovely place is created with a lot attention to detail and the love and passion of the owner is visible in many aspects of the house, rooms and the garden. The picturesque garden invites for a glass of wine in the evening or relaxing in the pool. Just make sure to bring some mosquito spray as they are omnipresent in this region of italy. The breakfast was impressive and offered a great variety and was served on the terrace which always was a great start of the day. Train stations are close by and invite to day trips to florence or pisa and if you’re with the car tuscany is very close. We definitely hope to stay here again.

모든것이 좋았습니다만 차가 없는 여행객은 절대 갈수 없을것 갇은 위치입니다. 비포장도로도 지나야 해서 깜짝 놀랐고 맞게 가고 있는지 의심스러웠습니다. 하지만 시설과 서비스, 조식 모두 훌륭했고 넓은 정원이 인상적이었습니다

Sublime adresse !!!
Maison fantastique, tout est sublime. Accueil chaleureux personnalisé et amical. Beau cadre Décoration exceptionnelle, originale , très soignée et cosy. La chambre est très grande, très propre, et la salle de bain aussi. Petit déjeuner copieux, très bon. Que demander de plus ? Cette adresse est hautement recommandable ! On y reviendra avec grand plaisir sans hésiter !!!
