Great location but old building. It is in need of renovations. Mold in the bathroom. The bathroom sink and shower drains were partially clogged. They offer breakfast but the quality of the food is not so good. They add water to the orange juice.

Good location and staff. Terrible internet
I stayed at this hotel for 2 night during a business trip. The facilities are pleasing and the staff are very friendly. I would say that the only thing that was disappointing during my stay was internet connectivity, which terrible at best.

Very helpful and clean hotel.
Good 3 star hotel, rooms are large and have been updated Bathroom was very clean roomy and has been also upgraded very nice, Bed is hard as a rock so if you like comfort/soft than not here. I would stay here again if not for the beds.

Nice hotel for business trip
The hotel is new and well equipmented. Nice service. quiet and has pretty comfortable bed. When u open the door, there is relaxing music, very nice detail. I liked it a lot. Good for business trip

Hotel com custo-benefício bom. Quarto, cama e banheiro limpos. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Chuveiro é um pouco fraco. Café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas é excelente.

A cozinha do restaurante é muito cara e muito ruim. Não tinha bebidas geladas (coca-zero e cerveja), equipe TOTALMENTE despreparada e mal treinada. Segundo hotel da rede que eu me hospedo e a mesma situação. Não recomendo.

Nosso hotel preferido em Cascavel
A estadia foi rápida, mas muito boa. O hotel é bem localizado e o atendimento é ótimo, tanto o da recepção como o da cozinha. Quarto e banheiro limpos. A academia é simples mas ensolarada, passando uma ótima sensação. O café da manhã é variado e o estacionamento é fechado e de fácil manobra. Para nós, o único ponto negativo foi não aceitarem nosso cãozinho, seria perfeito.

Ótimo hotel!
Ótima estadia. Nós não viajávamos desde o início da pandemia e foi muito bom encontrar um lugar limpo e arejado. O atendimento continua excelente. O café da manhã é bom. Estranhamos apenas os travesseiros, mas no mais, foi muito bom.
