The staff was excellent! Our only problem was the on-going renovation of the facility, but that's something that can't be helped. Our room, while adequate, needed some additional furniture, i.e., a chest of drawers, more lights and another night stand (there was only one).

Libby and first floor under construction and getting new carpet. Breakfast was housed in room 100 and no lighting in there. Tv remote did not work until I notified staff. They fixed it

The staff was incredible and so helpful. I left a charger behind and they mailed it to me at no charge. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Basic breakfast. Check in was quick and easy however not very welcoming. Counter person never greeted, welcomed me or even pointed me to the direction of my room. A smile and greeting would have made a stronger impression in the “we should stay here again” catagory.

The property seamed new. It was clean. Service was friendly and good. This is not a major problem, but the carpet could have been vacuumed with a little more attention to around the furniture and walls. Please keep all aspects of your establishment neat and clean as it is now. People notice and appreciate cleanliness.Thank you for the nice stay.

It's a very quiet and clean place. Friendly staff. Breakfast is ok. They have fresh waffles to cook and frozen cheese omelettes you have microwave. More variety would be better.

This place was very comfy. Only down fall was the hot tub wasn’t in working condition. Every place I’ve stayed at the hot tubs weren’t working very strange was hopeful for this one. Staff was excellent

Didn’t like the two wheel dolly to bring in our bags and clothes. We were there for a wedding so it would have been nice to have a cart to hang our clothes on! The gal at front desk was helpful and very nice!

The hotel, like many in smaller towns now, was bare bones. The beds were awful. Is there no market for decent hotels outside of cities?

Very nice hotel. Rooms were large, bed was nice. Shower was great! We had 2 small problems which were addressed quickly by Amber, the very nice girl at the front desk! She worked a lot of the hours we were there and always had a smile on her face! A train runs thru this town quite often, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to stay off of US Hwy 30!

The chair was really there.
Best on our trip. The other Wyndham hotels had pulled out the comfort chair my wife needs and that we specifically rent by picture. This place was great. The breakfast was a bit plastic, but okay. The night clerk was the best and most alert on our trip.
