"A pleasant hotel with great staff- clean, convenient location, good amenities and fairly priced room service. Easy to extend my stay Expedia does not specify the following: a security deposit of €200 at check-in and Outdoor pool fee of €10/day; inside pool and spa amenities are free. An excellent hotel and I would advise just booking here for a smooth, stress free stay in Cannes."

"After a day of wandering around lovely Cannes, it was sooo wonderful to come back to the hotel and get out of the heat. The rooms were great - really appreciated the kitchenette and iron! (Had a linen dress that needed help) The breakfast was fantastic to fuel us for the day ahead. Staff was great and since it was world cup season they had surveys for folks to vote on who they think will win. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great value stay at Zenitude! The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the bed was really comfortable. The room was clean, though the bathroom is a bit dated. Air conditioning was available and much needed. The balcony was lovely, just could use a dust-down of cobwebs. The pool area and loungers were fabulous, and the breakfast area was great too. Parking is available under the hotel, and it’s only a 15-minute taxi ride to La Croisette. Plenty of superb restaurants within a 5-minute walk or supermarket to cook in the room. Would recommend!"

"An incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They upgraded us to a balcony room with a beautiful view of the water. The beds were also very comfy and AC was strong. I could not have had a better experience! Only complaint, 20 euros each to use the pool is a bit extreme, especially for a nice hotel like that, you’d expect it to be free."
