The 60 m² house has:
-a bright living room, fully equipped and open to the front terrace
-two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds.
-a clear and airy bathroom with shower, sink, w. c and washing machine.
The house with neat decoration is air conditioned.
The kitchen with all the practical and essential utensils for your meals
The 2 fenced terraces outside are real spaces of around 100m². They are equipped with comfortable garden furniture for your relaxation and your meals. The view of the maquis is breathtaking and calm guaranteed. Sheets, pillowcases, sheets and towels not provided (we can arrange to reserve them for you against reimbursement, from the supplier).
Ideal location for nature lovers, the "mare et monti" hiking trail runs along the estate. The property offers a beautiful panorama over the bay of Sagone and the road down to the village of Cargèse (5 mins by car) is a living postcard on one of the 5 beaches of Cargèse.
You are 30 minutes from Piana, its creeks and its Ficajola beach.
The Scandola Nature Reserve (UNESCO World Heritage) and the Gulf of Porto are an hour's drive away, as is the Imperial City of Ajaccio.

Location décevante vu le tarif
Appartement beaucoup plus vétuste que ce qui est présenté sur les photos. La salle de bain mériterait d'être rafraîchie, un ménage en profondeur s'impose (placards, portes..). Les chaises longues sont noircies, il n'y a pas de coussins... La terrasse n'est pas très en état. Nous sommes déçus car à tarif équivalent nous avons eu des prestations bien meilleures dans les deux précédentes locations.

Cette location devrait subir des aménagements pour rendre le séjour plus agréable : installation d'une VMC pour enlever l'humidité et l'odeur de moisissures. Mettre à disposition des équipement en état et en quantité suffisante : micro onde ne fonctionnant que sur un programme, pas assez de couverts pour utiliser le lave vaisselle, manque de casseroles et poêles en bon état.

leider die schlechteste Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung war schlecht. Das Doppelbett ist durchgelegen und keine 2 Meter lang. Die Decken alt und verfilzt. Die Sitzpolster dreckig. Die Dusche ist verschimmelt. Das Besteck und Geschirr waren dreckig und haben wir einmal komplett abgewaschen. Einen Backofen gab es nicht - obwohl angegeben. Der Sonnschirmständer war defekt. Ein zweiter Schirmständer - mit Wasser zu befüllen - war undicht. Der Kühlschrank verrostet - von innen (wenigstens) sauber. Das Haus roch feucht. Alles machte einen desolaten Eindruck. Die Fotos geben nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand wider. Die Terrasse war mit einem grünen löchrigen Kunststoffwand als Blickschutz verkleidet. Unter dem Wäschetrockenplatz war ein Hundelager mit Hundekot. Wir mussten, weil unser Auto defekt war, drei Tage dort verbringen und haben nach der Reparatur den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Auf unseren Reiseabbruch wurde nicht weiter reagiert. Lediglich die Kaution zurückgegeben und das wars! Fotos können gern zugeschickt werden. Diese Ferienwohnung ist nur schlecht. Fazit: wir empfehlen, die Wohnung aus dem Bestand zu nehmen. L'appartement de vacances est vraiment terrible. Le lit double est usé et n'a pas les deux mètres de longueur. La quête est vieille et tout emmêlée Les rembourragea de siège sont sale. La douche avait de la moisissure. Tous les vaisselles étaient sale et on devait les laver tous avant de pouvoir utiliser. Il n'y a pas de four même si c'est marqué sur la page d'internet. Le parasol dehors est cassé. Il y a encore multiple dans l'appartement mais ils ont tous défectueux en quelques manières. L'appartement sentait humide et tous avait l'aire d'être négligé. Les photos sur cette site d'internet ne représentent pas la maison du tous. La terrasse était "décroisée" avant une haie en plastique. La corde à linge était au-dessus du terrain où les chien de la famille vont pour faire le caca. On devait rester pour trois jours parce que notre voiture avait une panne mais on est parti le jour même quand c'était réparé. Le propriétaire n'a pas réagi concernant notre départ avant terme. On a seulement reoptenu la caution. Photos de l'état peuvent être envoie. Cette maison de vacances est terrible. Nous recommandons vraiment de supprimer cette annonce.

Ce gîte est entre montagne et mer bien situé. Bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire est très aimable et de bon service. Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec lui. Nous recommandons cette location simple mais agréable.

Location très sommaire
Location avec le stricte minimum. Indique 60m2 de surface sur l annonce alors qu' il y a maximum 45m2. Deux terrasses pas du tout mises en valeur en plein soleil. C est dommage car nous ne les avons jamais utilisées. Équipement de cuisine très insuffisant. Pas de vue. Heureusement que les environs (cargese piana... ) sont magnifiques.

Le lieu est idéal. Panorama et acceuil de qualité
la maison est simple mais confortable. La nature est à portée de main et la vie est belle au domaine Saint-Jean. Un grand merci au propriétaire Jean-Gémi pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Je recommande à tous
