Arrived to check in Tuesday 10th August when we were finally met by the owner. I pointed out that perhaps he should ensure the confirmation details sent on the booking were correct, at which point he started ranting about the difficult time he had had during the previous 18 months, as if he was the only one, and refused to check us in, to the astoundment of his chef. I don't think I have ever met a more unprofessional person in the "hospitality" industry. Avoid disappointment and look elsewhere.
