Very pretty grounds near the pub itself. Accommodations are off to the side of the property near the parking lot. Lovely staff and good food.

Wonderful
A wonderful stay starting with a very warm welcome from The Greyhound team, a good ale by the log fire and great service through to my departure after a nice breakfast the next morning.

2 Night Break
The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom was modern. Plenty of parking. There is a lot of road noise from the main A road, located just behind the trees. Even though there is secondary glazing, you need to open the windows as the room got too warm. Lovely garden and it was nice to sit outside to eat. Dinner and breakfast was pleasant, hot and freshly prepared. Lovely staff

We had a lovely stay at the Greyhound Inn, the accommodation was lovely with room set in converted barn with doors opening to garden. Attention to detail with small gifts such as Welsh cakes and little table sign welcoming us to breakfast. Would recommend

Beautiful historic gem
Set in the backdrop of the stunning Wye Valley, this pub is steeped in history and splendour. Beautiful both inside and out. The pub (including food and beer) is exemplary, as is the accommodation, which appears to have been recently renovated to a very high standard. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Staff were outstanding. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Lovely hotel with friendliest owners and staff
Lovely quaint hotel, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, great facilities (dog paddock with balls, agility equipment, water, poop bags and bin). Fabulous food, we had dinner and breakfast. Shop onsite that sells individual, locally produced products - from candles to handbags and Rum! Only downside (for some people maybe) is the busy road noise nearby. You can't see it as it's behind trees and it's not a danger to dogs or children but you can hear it in the summer with the windows open. The rooms are double glazed so in winter months it will not be an issue. It didn't spoil our visit but some people may find it a problem.

Our doggy stay at The Grayhound
We asked for disabled facilities, which the hotel and Hotel.com indicated they had. The room was not suitable for any wheelchair accessibility as it had steps going into it, and you could not get a wheelchair in to the bathroom. the shower had no grab handles. We informed the owners, who recognised our issues. Fortunately my partner was just about able to manoeuvre into the room with my assistance. The owners were very hospitable, and food excellent.

A lovely cosy pub and restaurant and very comfortable motel style accommodation. Pub has a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Good food
The food was very good although too much for our smaller appetites. The Inn is very pretty and quaint. The only downsides for us were that the bathroom was cramped and there were no grab rails in the shower which made it a no no for my elderly husband.
