Loved the compact feel of the rooms. Plenty of space even with 1 28inch suitcase. Id say a double room would hold another suitcase as well. You did hear some bar crowds on the weekend though it was bearable... Easy access to main bus stops to get around Cardiff. Utilizing taxis was also very convient from this location. Literally right outside the doors. Hotel staff were very friendly, only thing is Fire Alarm went off in night though staff were very understanding of patron frustration.

The rooms were clean and tidy with excellent amenities but clearly in need of renovation. The first room i was given unfortunately had no heating but the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient and provided me with a replacement quickly. The impromptu water feature in reception detracted from the ambiance(water leak). The beds were clean and comfortable with a large tv and the bathrooms were of good quality.

Exceptional stay… I experienced an exceptional stay at this wonderful hotel which provided me with some of the finest customer service and hospitality that I have ever experienced at a hotel. The whole team at Sleeperz Cardiff strived and achieved in making my stay world-class, absolutely terrific friendly, efficient and professional service that was of the highest order. The superior double room I resided in was marvellous, a modern spacious room which was well decorated and presented, spotlessly clean and contained all that is required for a comfortable stay including a large television, excellent speedy Wi-Fi, in room iron and board, pleasant place to sit and work and then there is the magnificent bed with dreamy mattress, lovely duvet and sumptuous pillows which aided a great nice sleep. The modern en suite bathroom was also immaculately clean present with a large shower cubicle with double headed powerful shower, fluffy towels and mist free mirror which completed the experience. The main reason that I choose the Sleeperz was its location, which is adjacent to the cities main railway station and (soon to be opened) main bus exchange, yet, the hotel is also very well position on the edge of the main nightlife area within easy walking distance of the main shopping district, in fact, most of the attractions and amenities of the Welsh capital. Good location
Door card key kept having to be reloaded. Rooms very small with some in-house noises. Great location by station. English second language speakers on desk so no local knowledge supplied. Had breakfast over the road in Wetherspoons as cheaper. However, a vast majority of pubs were below par, (17 visited over two days ) and central Cardiff is off the visit list.

The hotel was very convenient for a night stay in the city, very close to the bars and restaurants and 10min walk from the castle and 20 min away from the bay. The room had a small bathroom and large bed, with TV that you could connect to your phone. The room had a bit of wear and tear issues and the extra pillows provided had not been changed and were dirty. We only received one towel between us. Overall it was for for purpose and would return for another night stay.

Avoid at all costs!
Great if you dont care about heat when its below freezing, a decent shower or friendly service. This is a hotel to avoid!

Centrally located and modern. Clean, well priced with friendly service. The room was on the small side for 4 people and the bathroom was very small. The floor arrangements were a bit odd with a small set of stairs going up and down from the elevator to more rooms on the same "floor".

Liked that it’s close to public transportation and the shopping centre only thing I didn’t like I was unable to open the plug on the sink Would definitely go back to stay at sleeperz

Brilliant stay, so close to train station which was great for our very early start and late finish. Room compact but clean with a great shower unit that was easy to use and hot straightaway. Breakfast was excellent with very helpful staff

Housekeeping noise
Accommodation is very handy for the centre of Cardiff and train station No noise from the train. Basic room, fine for one night. Two.complaints...i had stayed in the same.room in July and reported the in-room phone.out of.order. Still.out of.order again today. Housekeeping station is opposite the room.and instead of ataying in the room to.discuss allocations, staff very loudly stood in the corridor shouting at each other from 6.45 onwards. Don't stay here is you like.a.lie-in as you will.be woken by this. I have previously fed this back but obviously nothing has been done. May stay again if i have to be up early!

Great staff and location. Hate beds near the wall!
Great service - reception were lovely and v helpful. Great location, right near the station. I did feel it was quite pricey and I didn’t like the fact the bed was right next to the wall so I found it hard to get in and out as my husband had the outer side.
