Nice extra touches. Firepit, games,etc.

Location: The hotel gave us a coupon for 10% off at a nearby restaurant which was excellent.
The first room we checked into had lots of ants in the bathroom area. So they moved us right away. By the time we left on the second morning we had some ants in that room too. We had asked for a wake up call but didn't get one.

friendly staff

Pros: Price and parking! Nice grounds with plenty of outdoor seating.
Clean, spacious room. Nicest front desk person. Great muffins for breakfast. Great value. Not a bad walk to town, even for two old people with bad knees!

Clean rooms, pet friendly, close to town, but need to take car & pay small parking fee for the day. The room is older but kept very clean & perfect for us with 3 dogs. They charge $25.00 extra a day for the dogs which we were not told by Expedia when booked, but would go back again. Also, very nice feature.. They had a Keurig coffee machine in room with coffee, big plus for me and offered breakfast in the lobby every morning. You could also bring your own food as there is a small refridgerator in room and microwave. It worked out well for us and would definitely go back..

Good, well located facility

Posted 22-Oct-2014
A good stay in a year-around hotel. We were there in an off season and found many stores, restaurants, and lodging facilities closed for the season. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, the continental breakfast was typical (neither good or bad). However, it had to be taken back to the room, since there were no inside eating facilities. The computer for guest use was the fastest, most up-to-date that i have seen,

Great Attention to Detail

Posted 22-Oct-2014
Location: It was a little bit of a walk from the main part of town, but there is plenty of parking downtown, so not an issue.
The hotel staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and great attention was paid to every detail to make the stay pleasant. The breakfast was far superior to any I have had in a breakfast included hotel stay. The muffins were incredible, and the bagels were great, not dry! There was even a Keurig coffee maker in each room! Only complaint was that the refrigerator was a little noisy, but that was pretty minor. Loved it!!!!

Very clean, super comfortable!

Posted 10-Oct-2014
The beds were very comfortable, the room large and clean, and the shower was great. I would stay here again. It was several blocks to town, so if you're not really a walker you'd probably prefer to drive into town, because once there you of a lot of walking around.

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: It is a bit aged. Furniture needs upgrading. Bathroom is very small.
Location: See above.
A comfortable but basic Inn. They had a very nice complimentary breakfast every morning. The Inn is about a mile from the center of town and parking in P-town is very limited so we walked most places during the day.

A bit cramped

Posted 30-Sep-2014
Pros: The hotel is reasonably convenient and near some good restaurants.
Cons: The room size is way too small
The hotel is generally pleasing but there were a few negative aspects. The facilities in the room were OK with ref refrigerato and microwave,, however is the room size was way too small.

A lot of walking

Posted 20-Sep-2014
Cons: Sound between rooms!
Location: Far from town, you better be in shape, it is a 20 block walk on uneven pavement and sidewalks! It is not a 10 minute walk as you are told!
Very clean and comfortable room. Unless you are young/in very good shape it is a long 20 block walk to the center of things and the wharf! Cabs are expensive, so get a bus schedule right away, and you can get into town quickly and affordably. We were there after Labor Day, so the schedule is limited after that time. Last bus leaving town is at 5:45, so you are stuck with a very early dinner. The restaurant the hotel recommends, is within walking distance and is excellent! We had the best dinner and Carly was an outstanding wait staff and very personable! Sorry I do not remember the name of the Restaurant, but it something like Fannuncis. We would recommend The Cape Colony Inn for it's superb cleanliness and helpful staff. Jen was wonderful! Breakfast was a nice variety of breakfast foods. The lady overseeing the food operation, was a bit abrupt if you did not quite know how things worked, ie: waffle maker, hard boiled egg lid etc. Also, it was very noisy, if you want to sleep in, forget it. Noise from above, cars and people in the parking lot, and barking dogs! Nice pool, fire pit and lush green surroundings!

Lovely place to stay in Provincetown

Posted 18-Sep-2014
Pros: Cleanliness of room, friendly welcome and helpfulness of staff, and close proximity to town.
Cons: A kettle to make tea?
Lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff and only a 10 minute stroll into town...perfect.
